Had a great experience at Emmitt's Vegas. Lots of delicious options! I had the crab cake sandwich and my spouse delighted in the hamburger for lunch. We both enjoyed it. Definitely try the vanilla infused peach bellini! Peyton was a gracious dinning assistant. She helped us with our selections and her upbeat personality was the cherry on top. Vivian came over to see how things were going and we were excited to tell someone in management what a fantastic spot they had embarked on. Def planning to return. This is hands down the best new restaurant on the strip! The service here is some of the best I have ever experienced. Every employee from management to the bussers that passed by our table made it a point to ask how we were doing. I loved that!! Everyone truly cared about our dining experience. I have visited this location twice in one week and I absolutely plan on being a regular here.At my first visit Jose was our server and he was amazing. He was beyond attentive and offered us some really good menu suggestions.What we ordered: Ninja Roll, Creole Shrimp, Oysters on the Half Shell, Butter cake and cocktails.Each appetizer was delicious but my favorite was the creole shrimp and the better cake is not to be missed!At the second visit we sat at the bar and we were helped by Mike who also provided us with excellent service and amazing cocktails.What we ordered: Shrimp Tempura Roll, Nigiri, Wedge Salad with crab cake, Crispy Brussels Sprouts, and cocktails.

For the price point, it misses the mark.Wagyu striploin appetizer: quality of meat was great but the stone to cook it on was not nearly hot enough.Other appetizers and sides were all really good. We had the beef carpaccio, papas, crispy Brussels, lobster Mac and cheese, bread service, Cesar salad, and truffle fries.Our table ordered filet, bone in dry aged ny strip, and ribeye. None of the stakes were anything special. Two out of three didn’t even finish their stake.Overall, next time i would walk around the corner to Capital Grille.

Had lunch today with my husband, and it was awesome from the service to the ambience. The Creole shrimp with sauce was so delicious that I asked our server to put in a jar to take home. ? Miso glazed seabass on bed of spinach was absolutely delish! Emmitt's brown butter cake was on another level ? Our server, Peyton, was so delightful. Also, shout out to Sebastian as well, he went over and beyond to make sure I got my requested cappuccino after a little glitch ?. Both he and Peyton are true gems and are definitely assets to Emmitt's. We most definitely will be back, and with our friends (we are locals) !!

Both were delicious.We ate inside for dinner, which was great because we got to see the beautiful interior, very classy and elegant. I had the filet, he had the wagyu strip, and we split the mashed potatoes and the mac & cheese. Every bite was delicious (and there were A LOT of bites)! I recommend finishing up your meal with the butter cake, it was out of this world fantastic. We split one as, even after boxing up 1/2 our dinners, we were on the verge of too full.From the hostesses that greeted us at the door, to the waiters / waitresses, to the support staff, to the managers (yes, both of the meals we had there included a tableside visit from the managers ) the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!!!

We came on Easter. The had the best brunch. Okay, I had jumbo shrimp, the best salmon was so perfectly cooked, Caesar salad, fruit salad, sushi, bruschetta, the desserts were also fantastic! I had the best chocolate cake, carrot cake.... My husband had NY strip steak and ham along with many other offerings. Beautiful restaurant! Definitely one of the best restaurants here.
