Drew made our experience exceptional! Food was hot and fresh. We tried lots of things on the menu and it’s very customizable. We ended with all the deep fried desserts and some shakes. We will definitely be back!! Customer service made the whole dining experience wonderful!
Okay, so I'm sitting here with my girls and we are in HEAVEN! Drew is an angel. Very helpful, great service, great personality, he was our first impression of this spot and it was an excellent start to our Fat shack experience. Next is the food OMG. The vibe in this restaurant was amazing from the moment we walked in. Greated and was explained the menu as it was my first time in. Explained that everything was made fresh to order.
