I had to check out Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips while walking around the strip. So I ordered as per their combo 3 step menu guide, which included; a couple fried cod pieces, dirty fries and curry mango dipping sauce and a Belgium beer. This is a small take out place. Maybe a dozen counter seats but people are also waiting in the same space. Plan to take your food to go. Fish was deliscious. Fries were very tasty and unique with a parm truffle topping - but maybe too much topping as it make the center fries soggy. They DO have malt - yummy! I felt bad for the employees at this shop - not only do they have to deal with Vegas tourists, but their soda machine leaked all over the floor while we were there! They handled it like champs, though, and kept the food going.The fish and chips were delicious at first bite and both the tarter and mango curry sauces were great.
