Stopped by the High Limit Bar on Friday (8/25) for a Stella and a Jameson. Phillip the bartender was just outstanding, he didn't have a big rock for the Jameson but, he got a server to bring one to the bar. Outstanding service, friendly and just a great place to have a whiskey and a Beer. I will be back!

Before the 2022 room renovations, the Wynn was the clear best choice to stay at in Las Vegas, and it wasn't close. But that's no longer true. Since Steve Wynn left in 2018, the company has been going down hill, removing their excellent Le Reve show in favor of a bad new production, and destroying their beautiful old rooms. I saw pictures of the 2022 renovation online, and I was surprised. I asked to see a room in person in the tower suites - it's always hard to tell from photos, and I wanted to see it first hand before booking. It is so sad what they did to the Wynn. The color scheme is unharmonious and too dark. The bathroom is cluttered and looks like it was designed by a man who has never seen a woman use a bathroom and get ready. The art is unpleasant to be around. The wood isn't soothing like the marble they had before. The old rooms had a couch, a functional desk, and an intelligent layout. The new rooms removed all of that in favor of two borderline useless chairs. The old rooms felt soothing, royal, and luxurious. The new rooms feel modern, cold, unharmonious, and poorly designed. Wynn management is clearly losing their touch. How they could possibly spend $200 million to destroy something beautiful, and replace it with something so modern and unpleasant, is beyond me. I opted to stay at the Bellagio instead, and I recommend to anyone to avoid the tragic new rooms at the Wynn. Stay at either the Encore or at the Bellagio. The Encore retains it's original beautiful and elegant interior design, and the Bellagio room renovations are excellent. In fact, consider staying at the Encore, because judging by how untethered Wynn management is from reality and from their roots - Steve Wynn's exquisite taste - it's only a matter of time before they destroy the Encore rooms too.

It has been a long time since I stayed anywhere that allowed indoor smoking. However, l went on a trip that booked the Wynn. After checking in, we followed directions to the elevator and not only did we have to walk through the stench of a smoke filled casino, but the path through the casino had ashtrays with smokers standing next to them making it worse. I asked multiple people if there is any way to get to and from our room without stinking of smoke, and I was told no. Our room is nice and on a non-smoking floor, but there is no way to get to it without breathing disgusting air. Nor can you get to restaurants, the spa or anywhere without passing through the casino.

The Wynn has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! We came to Vegas for my wife's birthday and even before we got into Vegas, the customer service on the phone was horrible. They change the rules on tier level benefits and ruined my wife's birthday. We were going to stay there for her birthday before we lost our status. We called to get the complementary transportation the is a Black level benefit and we were told that the host wouldn't allow it. They didn't even try to make it right so I canceled the reservation and we stayed elsewhere. Then we were told that her birthday dining credit could be used at multiple places until it was used up. We found out today that it was a onetime usage. The manager at the rewards desk didn't even care that my wife was upset. I will never spend another dime at the Wyyn.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The rooms are quiet, but lack amenities that should be common in a high end hotel, such as refrigerator and coffee maker. Sadly dreadful, overpriced food selections combined with inconvenient restaurant hours & lousy shows makes for an unpleasant time. Lighting in rooms difficult to control. Terrible smoke & noise in public areas. I will not return as several other properties are much more satisfying and user friendly.

We stayed in a Wynn King Suite for a few days and it was amazing! We arrived early and our room wasn't ready. We were able to give our bags to the bell desk and they held on to them while we explored. The suites guests have their own entrance and check in desk. This was nice because it was never crowded and the service was great! Our room was not ready at 3pm and we had to wait until close to 5pm. However, they did text us when the room was ready. Once we got to our room we called the bell desk and they brought our bags right up, set them up for us and then gave us a tour of the room. First, the view from the window (9th floor) was incredible. We had a 'valley view' which showed the mountains. Everything was electronic in this room. Buttons will open sheer, curtains, adjust the lights and adjust the temperature. You also have Alexa in your room so you can do this all by voice as well. One neat thing i liked was that is a button at the door (and on you room control screen) that you push for privacy or housekeeping. So instead of hanging something on your handle there are lights outside the room that tells housekeeping staff whether you want privacy or if you need your room cleaned. Very nice. The room is spacious with comfy chairs, large table, mini bar etc. They also give you 2 wine glasses and rocks glasses. The bed was VERY comfortable. I slept very well in it and that is saying a lot since i have back issues. The bathroom was very spacious, dual separated sinks, plenty of storage space for toiletries and all the essentials. This came with a tub big enough for two people and a walk in shower. The toilet is in its own separate room. They also give you premium bath robes and slippers. In the evening the housekeeping staff will do 'turndown' service. They will set slippers next to your bed with chocolates. They also put the lights on low and open the drapes for the view. They give you two complimentary bottles of water each day. With our promotion we got $50 per day for breakfast and complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby (note: this was only available from 7AM to 8:30AM.) This place was exceptionally clean. I always saw staff where their only job was to walk around with a Swiffer and constantly clean the floors. The hotel service was top notch and only disappointed one time. There is security at the elevators and they are supposed to check your room key before you go up the elevator. This guy rarely said anything to anyone as they walked by him but one time he followed us all the way to the elevator to request our room key to check. Before/after that we watched him let people walk right by him. I was wearing a ballcap and sports shirt. I believe this was discrimination and i did not appreciate it. You either harass everyone or nobody, not just who you THINK doesn't belong. Other than that everyone else was great!

Really disappointing stay. I was ignored at the front desk & they tried to wait on the white men before me. I sent them an email which they ignored until I checked out. Their front desk manager was petty, accusatory, rude and unprofessional. It’s impossible to get reservations. I ate at The Palazzo and Resorts World. This resort has problems with racism and sexism. It’s beautiful, but tge staff is UGLY RACISTS!

Not sure if it's the scent throughout the hotel or the lounge, or bougie music.. but when I am here, I am in another world. Say what you want about Steve Wynn, but his hotels and their people are top-notch. The butterflies are... a lot... and everywhere... but they grow on you.

While we stayed at the Wynn three times before for a combined birthday/ Thanksgiving weekend, this was our first visit post-pandemic, and since the guest rooms have undergone an extensive redesign. The restaurants, casino and public areas of the Wynn and Encore are still among the most beautiful in Vegas; and while we don't generally shop in the very upscale shops (Van Cleef & Arpels, Dior, Hermes and more), it is still a great deal of fun to peek in and look at the window displays; in fact, we didn't discover a new 2-story *mall* area at the Wynn (featuring Urth Caffe and Cipriani), until our last evening, after the shops had already closed for the day. While at the "top" of the Strip, the Wynn is still walkable to most of the other major casinos; I managed to walk as far as Cosmopolitan one day, but as wandering through various casinos does pile on the mileage, any further might be best with transportation; a cab ride from the Wynn to Caesar's one evening (to see Adele in concert) cost about $11 each way with tip, paying cash (most of the taxi services along the Strip charge an extra $3 fee to use a card). The re-designed standard king guest rooms at the Wynn are still very comfortable; the previous white pleather and colorful pop art are now gone, replaced with a design theme that is brown, black, muted and slightly masculine. There are oddities; leather pads on the new bathroom shelves (housekeeping placed all of our toiletries on washcloths, to protect the leather). A weird new lighting panel to control all the lighting in every part of the room, that takes time to figure out, and won't do most of what you want (Hope to dim the lights significantly? Forget it). The minibar now takes pride of place, like an altar, lit from above, featuring snacks. Don't touch or move anything for more than 30 seconds, or you might be charged. You can order a mini-fridge for $25, for your own personal use, so that's helpful. (I would have preferred to have all of that junk food out-of-sight; although I understand why it makes no sense for a hotel to do that.) We ate at both Wazuzu and Jardin at the Encore, both were serviceable, although neither was amazing. But these are all minor gripes. The truth is, the overall atmosphere at the Wynn and Encore are still miles above most of the other large casino complexes on the Strip. It's just prettier, lovelier and classier; and the view from our room (of Red Rocks) couldn't be beat. In fact, the view was so great, we drove over, and spent a day hiking there. Wonderful trip, all around. With luck, we'll be back.

Wonderful resort! Great restaurants! Great amenities and staff very friendly. We stayed 5 glorious nights in the Encore building of the Wynn and were super impressed. Make sure to catch the show Awaking at the Encore theater while you’re there. Clean and comfortable room, we had the panoramic view suite and enjoyed the view every night, especially dining in with the night Vegas strip view. We super enjoyed of stay at the Wynn!

Stayed at the Wynn for 4 nights in early August. Loved the Alexa feature to control lighting and drapes features in the room. The beds and linens and pillows are arguably the finest in any hotel in Las Vegas. The casino reeks of cigarette smoke. therefore I did not gamble there. Housekeeping was ok. However, one day they forgot to remove a giant pizza box with scraps of food in it. How could you possibly miss this? The shower and tub were excellent. The art in the room, and the remodel in general is fabulous. I had a very difficult time finding somewhere to eat. All places had very long waiting times. I often found myself going next door to the Venetian/Palazzo. When I arrived the sheets on the bed were torn, and there were significant stains on the carpet. Completely unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. I went downstairs to talk to manager who was gracious enough to comp two resort fees. To.be honest, that fresh, new clean smell you are expecting from a 5 star hotel, was not found in my room here. The walk through the esplanade is very long to get out to the bright to go to Walgreens. The walk to Treasure island's CVS is also way longer than it seems so you can stock up on waters. I never truly felt comfortable here, as the vibe is stuffy and not welcoming unless you're wearing designer. Miriam the manager was great in resolving some room issues even at 1am. She's great! I'm not sure if I would return, as it was also very crowded at the pool, and it closes at 6pm??? The beds are truly exceptional, but it is very isolated from the strip in many ways. Their housekeeping staff also needs further improvements.

After a wonderful stay so disappointing - in a mad dash to the airport I left one of my favourite dresses hanging in the cupboard - which should be easy to find - yet despite numerous attempts the hotel say it is just not found - clearly taken by housekeeping
