The food is always good and reasonably priced, the problem is getting into the restaurant during evening hours. This location is CONSTANTLY locking the dining room doors hours before the posted closing times preventing anyone from coming in, so you're stuck using the drive thru or just plain S.O.L. if you walked here.This has been an ongoing issue for at least 4 years now at this location and I'm absolutely astonished they're still doing this. If you're planning on eating in the dining room or ordering for take away, don't even bother if it's after 5pm as the doors will almost assuredly be locked. Just go somewhere else.

I'm from NJ and have visited Vegas for over 20 years and never had JITB. Oh my Gosh! Everything was delicious!Ordered online for a PU and I didn't realize I was missing an item till I got home. I called the store and the person who answered was kind and polite and professionally resolved my issue.Great friendly staff! Quick service. No complaints. I don't know the womans name in drive through. She is on point! You made my first experience a fantastic one.Other fast food chains don't compare.BK, MCD, Taco Bell need to actually have flavor in the food and step up their game.To bad I don't have JITB in NJ.

UPDATE on 1/13/24.1) Your doors still stick. They are misaligned. It makes it more difficult to leave when your hands are full, especially if carrying numerous beverages, which then get spilled. Please have this fixed already. I can’t believe that a place of business would have this issue linger for months on end. Are you that broke?2) Graffiti is STILL present on the trash can in the men’s room. Why? Do none of the workers take pride in their workplace? Are they simply there for a paycheck only?3) A young black male worker, Kobe, the only one on shift then, entered the men’s room before me. He was in there for quite awhile, and used up the rest of the toilet paper. I went back to finish dining, and he nor anyone else CARED to replace it with a new roll. About 15 minutes went by, and I brought it to the attention of the gay Asian guy. He also failed to do anything about it, as when I returned, I checked. Nope. Not replaced.Update on 12/28/23. Your front doors STILL need to be fixed. They stick on both sides. And also stay open because of this, costing you money on your power bill.How about REMOVING graffiti the first time that you notice it, instead of letting it linger and invite more???
