“The service food & atmosphere at Mizumi rival each other in a way that elevates them all. If you're a repeat guest at a restaurant there's nothing better than being made feel like their family. Remembering everything you like makes the evening so special and Kevin Ray Anthony and Chef Jeff were so gracious in making our celebration a memorable one. Where do you start with the food well, the contemporary sashimi selections are amazing. The Japanese Madai(iconic) Bluefin Chutoro truffle Three Kings and the Green Chili Yellowtail Carpaccio will bring us back time and time again. This time we also let Anthony choose four types of nigiri sushi to try and one was better than the other. We finished off with the Wagyu Beef Fried Rice (also a must get for us) and we couldn't have been happier. Put these together in the setting where you're comfortably seated with friends or your partner watching that water fall down those rocks is intoxicating.“

“Last night's dinner was out of this world and one of the best meals I've had in a long time. My man and I ordered two delicious sushi rolls that were absolutely to die for! I wish I could remember their names, lol, but the pictures might help. The fish was incredibly fresh and had such an elevated flavor, kudos to the sushi chef! That miso soup... Best I've ever had!

We also ordered the uni pasta, which was rich, creamy, and savory. I definitely recommend trying that, along with the chicken dish we had, it was sooo good. Honestly, every item we ordered was outstanding. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Our server, John, was such a delight and truly made the experience even more memorable. His knowledge of the menu and attentive service really stood out. He checked on us throughout the evening without being intrusive, which is something I always appreciate in a fine dining experience. Highly recommend!“

“I’ve been to every Yama location in town, but this one is the MVP. It’s the biggest, it’s open late, and the service is always efficient. Yama Sushi on Spring Mountain is not just a sushi restaurant - it’s a core memory. This was my first sushi spot when I moved to Vegas over 10 years ago, and since then, it’s been the site of raucous birthday parties, flirtatious dinner dates, and probably 50 pounds of salmon nigiri personally devoured. And if you’re planning a birthday dinner, this place is a great option because they have big tables and when everyone gets the same all you can eat deal, sharing rolls and splitting the bill is super easy.“

The handroll sets are good if you like a variety of items on one plate. Just remember that if it has spicy in the name or description expect it to be spicy. “Experienced Ton Ton Tonkatsu for the first time today during my visit to Las Vegas from Dallas, Texas. Everything was awesome! The little things make all the difference…. The gen mai cha was hot and tasted very fresh. The steamed rice and tsukemono (pickles) were crunchy and very tasty. The salad dressing was incredible too. Like I said, the little things are important. Then we had the kuro buta tonkatsu and it was amazing. Service was prompt and attentive. A new favorite for me. Will definitely go back on next visit to Las Vegas.“

They have a couple of tables inside where you can sit and eat. While the seating area is simple and nothing fancy, the quality of the food is outstanding—every bit as good and authentic as a sit-down Japanese restaurant. On our visit, we had the salmon ikura bowl and a bento featuring beef sukiyaki and fried oysters. Oh boy, I definitely ordered the right things! Everything was incredibly delicious.

“After finding the Pan Asian Bistro Recently I was so impressed by the Flavor and Quality of the food I had to return this evening. This time I brought my son. To start off we had the Silver Tip Tea Hot. If you have not tried this tea you are truly missing one of the wonders of the tea world. If you research this tea you will find it considered the finest most expensive tea in the world! Now For the food. I had the Indonesian style Goat Curry with Rice and Roti. I ordered the dish Mild it was so full of flavor and the meat was fall off the bone tender. The Roti was unlike any I have had before it was light and delicate and full of flavor. My son ordered the Duck with Panang Curry he loves a good spicy spicy dish and thoroughly enjoyed this! I don't want to forget that we also had appetizers, Crab Rangoon which was wrapped in a light delicate wrapper , and Chicken Satay skewers which my son and I absolutely loved. If there is a Finer Pan Asian Dining Experience in Las Vegas I have Yet to find one! This is the BEST IN LAS VEGAS! I want to Thank Chand and his beautiful wife, for an Incredible Dining Experience.“

“In my opinion, this is hands down one of the best Japanese restaurants in Vegas. Nice relaxing atmosphere, EXCELLENT service and PHENOMENAL food! Very generously portioned and reasonably priced. No sushi, but they have a poke or smoked salmon salad and enough other seafood dishes plus everything else you would get in Japan. We are Japanese and this is our favorite place for a yummy variety of SUPERB, AUTHENTIC Japanese food. You can go to Japan and eat top notch food or just go to Yoshiya for the same! They also have a Henderson location and free coffee in the afternoon. Soooooo Gooood!!!“
