This review is for a negative experience I had here around 4 years ago.My husband sent me to get stuffed crust pizza for my son’s birthday and Little Caesars was a quick convenient place to get pizza by my place. When you dial the number it directs you to use the app. You go to the app select delivery add a tip and when you hit submit order it defaults to pick up. There’s no way to cancel the order and when you call they say they can’t refund your money that you have to go through the store. You’re literally stuck in an endless loop trying to get them to correct their error. Worst experience EVER.

I ordered online and the pizza went in the oven at 5:41 kept an eye on tracking and said still in oven at 6:40. I went over and the pizza was ready. I told the person cashiering that the app did not tell me it was done and he said I have no idea what is going on with the app. Seriously I like hot pizzas not cold and chewy.
