Placed order online for pickup. Waited over 30 minutes past the time and multiple people whose food was supposed to be ready after mine left before me with food in hand.And the food I get is horrible looking. All different sizes and cold when I got them. Tipped because I paid before picking up but they don't deserve anything.
Should have read the other reviews before ordering. Was running errands in the same shopping center and ordered ahead. My estimated pickup time came and went and it still said the order was received, not yet put in the oven. I was done with my errands so I decided to come in. The employee asked me if I even had the right store, which I did, and then said “nah you got at least 20 more minutes to wait” so I just left. This store is absolutely ridiculous. First of all, it’s 3pm 4/11/24. You walk in and it’s about 90° inside. The door does not even prop open for ventilation. We ordered the pizza puffs but was told it would be at least 30 minutes before they would be ready.
