My dino rib was delish. The best beef ribs I've had outside of TX. Their Asian slaw is really good too. Loved the sauces too. I tried the spicy one, I think it was called revenge or something and the one that has coffee in it. Both sauces paired so well with the ribs and the sides. Follow their Insta account to see where the truck will be. Can't wait to try again when they are back in the south west area.
