Management is horrible with communication. When you actually visit the place and speak w/ the management they make no apologies and brush it off.I was sitting next to a woman that was in from out of Town (been referred to come to the restaurant) I heard her talk to the management, the manger had an attitude with her response.Good Times, serving staff is good, management is below average.

We found this place after a failed attempt (Eventbrite) to go to a spot across the street. After a recommendation from that place we walked across the street to Mairposa. We were just in time for Thursdays Adult Recess. SOOOOOO much fun; games, laughter, karaoke and great music. The Haitian DJ was entertaining and our server Daesha was exceptional! The co-owner even came by our table to talk with my husband and welcome us to town. I wish we had something like this in Seattle! We had mozzarella sticks, but they were so good I forgot to take a

Okay y'all so this was my 3rd time coming to Mariposa's and each time I come I love it more and more. The first time I came for my 21st birthday and I had a time. The food was amazing. I had the shrimp and grits and the drinks I went with were the bottomless mimosas and the pina colada. The service was outstanding. Our server was amazing and took real good care of me and my friends. The ambiance was everything you could imagine. The music was good and the people made it more live and fun. 10 out of 10. I like coming here for brunch on the weekends instead of coming during the weekday. Will be back again soon!!!

I've came here a few times and the food is delicious . The service is really slow so prepare to wait . Not only Is the service slow but some Of their staff can use some additional training. The 2nd time I came here "Malcolm" was our server & was super incompetent & did not take his job seriously . Moving forward , I hope I have a better experience. As for one of the owners, Devin, he's usually the problem solver, however, that doesn't excuse terrible customer service & poorly made drinks.
We had lunch right before we left Sedona to head back to Las Vegas on 4/8 Sunday. The service and ambience were great. However 2 hours after we hit the road home my husband got violently ill with food poisoning. We had to hit every rest stop on the way. That was the first meal of our day so it was 100% the meal. He ordered the gringo burger. I did not order the meat, I had the yuca fries, black beans & cotija cheese and the organic kale salad. This is hisday 2 of horrible body aches, chills and of course intestinal problems. I don't like leaving this review, but I've tried calling the restaurant yesterday and left a voicemail, called again today but still no reply.

I went for a brunch with a large group. We were ready to have a great time and enjoy good and drinks. Prices are fine. But the quality was not good. The bottomless mimosas ; we had to chase our server down numerous times for a refill. We only got one and had to walk up to the bar to get a refill. They aren't made with real juice, more of a flavoring. The bussers were on top of it! They were giving service!!! The dj and ambiance was indeed a good time! The manager just needs to know how to handle a large group, ie assign the group their own servers. That girl was at our group and all over the restaurant as well. She can't cater to the whole place during a busy brunch.

I had an AMAZING time @ Mariposa!!! The energy, vibe & atmosphere were ALL great. ?? The food was good, the drinks were good & so was the service! We definitely had a great time & we'll definitely be back on our next trip... I had the breakfast skillet with bacon & the fried catfish was delicious!!!
