A few times when I've gone here and ordered a Big Mac combo which comes standard with a medium drink but they automatically charge for a large. My guess is this is something the management has instructed the employees to do. French fries were soggy today as well.
THE WORST McDonalds we've ever been to. The woman at the drive thru was completely RUDE when we asked for the 4 hash browns that were forgotten. With an incredibly rude attitude she said, "You didn't pay for them." We informed her that we did, we ordered 4 combos, got our drinks from the first window but no hash browns.
