Always fabulous. Exquisitely prepared & beautifully plated, Nobu is a true treat when I'm in Vegas. Staff was so kind and helpful for those of us with food allergies. We had a wonderful birthday dinner experience!
First and foremost this is different from the other locations I have enjoyed due to it being in the Paris Casino, so noise was a factor. My wife and I I enjoyed our meal with one exception due to personal preference ,he staff acknowledged and corrected for it, it was not their fault. All employees treated us well and I need to callout Pear, she was very personal, and added to our experience by sharing her experiences and favorites. Congratulations on your staff, well done.

Food was absolutely amazing, we were looking forward to this restaurant all week and it surpassed all expectations.
