My friends and I meet here periodically and the food is always fresh and the atmosphere clean and friendly. Last time there (last week) I saw a lady that works there intentionally looking around and cleaning. Then she even went out to the parking lot, that I hadn't noticed needing attention, and started sweeping around the outside of the restaurant and around the cars.
