The food was tasteless at best, have to add hot sauce just for flavor. The cook is lazy and doesn't care about the customers nor the quality of food he "cooks". Definitely goin to stay away from this location and a couple other locations.

disgusting. i ordered orange chicken and teriyaki chicken and it was RAW!!! ????????. i went and told the cook and he did not say anything, he just grabbed the piece of chicken and threw it in the trash and gave me a new side of chicken. the next chicken was raw as well and i had to go back to him again! no apology or anything. never going back!!! ??

Decided to close early did not make the pickup order and the girl talk to me like I was stupid I mean come on like you're the one with a problem thinking it's okay to close early and not make an order when someone is coming to pick it up good luck with your life. Of the hundreds of Panda Express that are around here do not order pick up from this one.

Teriyaki chicken had no sauce so it was just plain chicken. The rice didn't taste good and the environment was horrible. The best part of the meal was the drunk.

This is the second time that my 7 year old son decided to have a quick lunch at this place and both times the steamed white rice was awful and teriyaki chicken full of cartilage and fat, to the point that almost half of the chicken was not edible. This time my son was so upset that asked me to review this place. Very poor food quality. Stay away from this place

Found Cockroaches in the food and they tried to serve it to us on multiple occasions with bugs completely visible in the rice!! Absolutely disgusting

I'm a frequent Panda customer, so I stopped by this Panda Express inside the mall for a quick bite to eat. I was impressed at their speed, because there was a long line and they were getting everyone in & out. The staff were very dry and seemed unhappy to be there. No smiles in sight. I ordered a bowl with veggies and teriyaki chicken. My go to! Since I visit Panda's often, I have had this combination several times. I'm never seen such an underfilled bowl as I saw at this location. It was a third less than what I've gotten everywhere else. The food was fresh and yummy.

I really like the Panda at Hualapai and Charleston in the Plaza. Good turnover. Food is always fresh unlike the one in Red Rock casino. Beijing beef is really good too. The place does get busy at dinner hours 5-7pm. Nice staff as well. They work hard.

Same old complaint about the same old cashier. The cashier named Fatima was extremely unprofessional. She did not look happy to work there at all. *Go read the other reviews about her on here*.No 'thank you', no kind eyes, nothing. And on top of that, there was a minor incident. So the cook maybe accidentally burned something? There was a bit of smoke there? And Fatima said under her breath "What the F is wrong with him? Oh my gosh." Come on, seriously? If she's saying that about the cook, I can't imagine what she's saying about customers. I'm only complaining about her service because Panda is known for their quality service! Do better! This does not fit with the mission, "To deliver exceptional Asian dining experiences by building an organization where people are inspired to better their lives." Live up to it, and deliver better. Food quality was great. Service was terrible. Came on Oct 8 at around 1PM.
