This is a must visit place in Vegas. Of the various Ramsay restaurants, this is probably the best one. Of course, you have to navigate through the Casino to get to it, but that is the norm here. We went to Ramsay’s kitchen on our recent trip to Vegas and could not have had a better experience. At our table we had the green pea risotto, the beef Wellington, the creamed spinach, and the crab cakes. We were wowed with how good all of our dishes were (especially the creamed spinach and beef Wellington - wow!) Our cocktails were great, the spiced pear was our favourite. Greg, our server, was fantastic! We would highly recommend and will be back on any future trips!

Went here a few weeks ago and this place did NOT disappoint!! Ramsey (&the entire staff working there).... You really know what you're doing. Exceeded all expectations.
