Went here a few weeks ago and this place did NOT disappoint!! Ramsey (&the entire staff working there).... You really know what you're doing. Exceeded all expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our waitress was amazing and so kind. The atmosphere was incredible. Drinks were yummy. The food though... WOW!! The absolute BEST meal my friend and I have ever had and probably ever will have. Every little detail was absolutely delicious. Every time we go to Vegas, we will be returning to Ramsey's Kitchen. Thank you!

This is a must visit place in Vegas. Of the various Ramsay restaurants, this is probably the best one. Of course, you have to navigate through the Casino to get to it, but that is the norm here. So, walk in...Ambience is classy, great for a date or night out with friends. Service was top notch. Our flight got delayed so we arrived an hour later. We called them and there was no problem. Great greeter team. Our waiter was very professional, friendly and gave us solid recommendations.On to the food! We had crab legs for appetizers. Wow! We have really good sea food at home. These crab legs were memorable. Fantastic preparation with a hint of lime that blended super well with the Dijon based dip.For main, my Wellington (Pic) was simply fantastic. I am not a fan of this dish in general, as I like my beef just off the grill, medium rare, sea salt, and that's it. The Wellington at Ramsay's Kitchen is superb. The minute you get the plate, your senses are going nuts. The perfect pink color of the beef, the smell of butter of the puff pastry, and the taste of glory. The beef was cooked perfectly, the pastry gives a very nice texture balance to the beef. And, their mashed potatoes were fantastic. I tend to avoid ordering the 'famous dish' from the 'famous Chef' but, after Ramsay's Wellington, I am happy to make an exception.Oh, the ending was a delicious dessert that reminded me of a deconstructed Strawberry merengue, take a look at the pic! This combo is a killer of sweet and tangy, crisp and soft. Perfect finish for a very solid experience.

We went to Ramsay’s kitchen on our recent trip to Vegas and could not have had a better experience. At our table we had the green pea risotto, the beef Wellington, the creamed spinach, and the crab cakes. We were wowed with how good all of our dishes were (especially the creamed spinach and beef Wellington - wow!) Our cocktails were great, the spiced pear was our favourite. Greg, our server, was fantastic! We would highly recommend and will be back on any future trips!

The service was beyond exceptional, again, and the food was beyond exceptional again.It was 2 wonderful and delicious experiences. Will definitely return when in Vegas the next time!
When I hear green pea risotto. I was like Ew! But Gordon Ramsay has not disappointed me yet. So I tried and wow!! It was unbelievable delicious. I need to get this recipe. I don’t know what the green vegetable called but it is soooo gooooood.

I had to try Ramsey Beef wellington but was definitely dissapointed.Crab cake was ok nothing special.Mac was above average but the same nothing special.Salmon had absolutely no flavor.Was expecting more from a Ramseys restaurant.
Considering how new this place is (Nov 2022), they're excellent right out of the gate. Service was amazing. I skipped appetizers and went straight for the filet mignon. I've had many great steaks all over N America and this one will be memorable. Perfectly cooked, but I was even more impressed with the sheer quality and flavor of the cut.Drinks were excellent, prices are good for where you are and what you're getting.Great evening.
