This place improved highly. Also there is a nice sweet lady by the name of Jasmine/Jasmyn who is a nice and respectful employee who offers great customer service. She even ask customers like myself if I need anything to drink as I wait for my food when I get my food to go! Every-time I see her and she takes my order, she gives me the upmost respect! I know Red Lobster is beyond glad and proud to have an employee like her!
I love coming to this location .Alexis is a great host, from her service to personality.Just about every waiter/Waitress I have encountered here gets tipped well because their service is On Point. Management is always visible too instead of other restaurants where they just hide somewhere here they greet you with a smile,pass by tables to see how guests are doing making this specific Red Lobster one of the bests I've been in the nation. Had lunch for three. We had three lunch entrees a cocktail and a soda.All the food items were excellent and included shrimp, salmon and flounder. Portions were large.Service was a bit slow as we got there when it opened and they didn't seem ready to deal with 6 or 7 tables at once. I had to remind our server a couple of times about a cocktail order and soda refill.One entree did not have Brussel sprouts available and an order that included a baked potato couldn't be fulfilled...read full review
