Overall great experience. This was our first time. The service was excellent. The food was good. I've been to other steak houses in the valley that were similar with a better value and comparable food but we still enjoyed it

We have gone to Ruths Chris for years. Last night we both were disappointed in the taste of our steaks. You can tell the steaks were not the quality they used to be. So sad as it is our favorite restaurant.

Food was traditionally excellent as was the service. The price of the food was high, but understood, due to inflation. However, part of the fine dining experience is wine and a good cocktail. $25 for a glass of cheap wine and $27 for a cocktail is not acceptable! You have “Jumped the Shark” with this move and we will no longer dine here.

Always look forward to my visits to Ruth's Chris when I visit Las Vegas. The food is always consistently excellent and the time proved no different. I had the chefs special scallops and the were buttery smooth and delicious. My husband had the petite filet which he really enjoyed

My family & I are regulars at several Ruth's Chris locations in Southern California. I've paid extra for a view of the strip at this Las Vegas location. Not worth the money & I feel as if I was hustled. I had a view of a giant billboard pillar & not much else. There is a second tier less than 10 feet away from the windows that has better view and it's free seating. The service was good. The food was mediocre at best. Touting 500 degree plates when the food comes out room temp is not a good look. Couldn't be bothered to get decent bread either. Looked like they just ran to the nearest supermarket and grabbed baguettes. Hostesses don't even know the meaning of valet parking. Cost $40 and you have to walk through the entire casino to get to the restaurant elevator. So you're already $40 in the hole without having taken a single bite. They don't validate by the way. You're lucky if you don't get COPD or lung cancer from all the secondhand smoke flying through the entire casino. It's as thick as fog. 90 minutes and over $400 later, left, feeling dissatisfied and disenchanted.

I was very excited to dine here, but left disappointed. The food was pretty good overall. My partner and I had the porter house for two which was great, scalloped potatoes which were good, and the chocolate duo dessert which was so-so. The rest of the experience was not so great. The atmosphere of the restaurant is depressing. I get it, steakhouses are serious business. But this place was dark, dreary, and colorless. It felt like sitting in a corporate boardroom during a power failure. We paid extra for a window table, don't bother. Our view was the back entrance of Harrah's, which is not the most picturesque. In addition to the guaranteed window seat, we were supposed to get a glass of champagne and a palate cleanser. Halfway through the meal, I asked our server about the glass of champagne and we got a bit of attitude. We eventually got the glass of champagne but never did get the palate cleanser. This was my first experience with Ruth's Chris, but my partner has been to several, and he assured me that the others that he's been to are much better. So I will probably try some of the other locations. Just an FYI, we also ate at Smith and Wollensky, which was much better on every level.

Shared 3 course dinner special with hubby. Lobster bisque was delicious but on the rich side. Had rib eye and Chilean sea bass. Steak had very little flavor. Fish would have been fine plain, but was overpowered by garlic & panko. Had to scrape it off. Cute dessert. Overall, I expected more.

Our waitress was very pleasant, and prompt Made our anniversary dinner a memorable and pleasant event. The free glass of champagne and dessert was a nice perk. Food was great and price appropriate for the Las Vegas Strip and quality of the Restaurant.

Always good food. Paid for champagne and palate cleanser and didn't get the palate cleanser. The waiter was nice and did what he could but the staff delivered the wrong drinks, bread was cold, steak was cut into and charred. We've been a handful of times and this was odd. Typically service is impeccable and order is spot on. Also, the lights were up all the way. No romantic lighting with our strip view?

We come to Vegas twice a year and Ruth Chriss is on our list every time we come here. Can't beat the petit filet which my wife and I order all the time. Changed it up this time added the shrimp, amazing, never ever disappoints us , staff is awesome!!!

Delicious food but some of the sides are ridiculously pricey. Service was a little slow at times but very friendly nonetheless. Had a fabulous fillet that was cooked to perfection. Would certainly

Having visited Ruth's Chris Steak House in Las Vegas for the third time, I had high expectations, but unfortunately, my recent dining experience left me with mixed feelings. Firstly, I must commend the impeccable service and the inviting atmosphere that the restaurant consistently offers. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and attended to promptly throughout the evening. However, where the experience faltered was with the food quality and pricing. Despite the steep prices, the dishes did not live up to expectations. The steak, in particular, was disappointing. It had an overly crusty exterior and tasted overdone for a medium rare temperature, which was surprising given the reputation of the establishment. While I understand that premium quality comes with a premium price tag, the discrepancy between the cost and the dining experience was too apparent on this occasion. As a loyal patron, I had hoped for a more satisfying culinary journey. In conclusion, while Ruth's Chris Steak House in Las Vegas continues to excel in service and ambiance, improvements are needed in the consistency and value of the cuisine offered to truly justify the high prices.

We were seated next to a very loud, boisterous table. We wanted to celebrate a birthday and found ourselves sitting in silence as we could not hear each other. Lack of decorum of the clientele was appalling and lack of the restaurant staff asking them to quiet down is inexcusable.
