Seabreeze Cafe Reviews
Food was great, service was amazing, but the hostess station could do better. I was a party of 1,which I clearly identified first thing. I could have been seated right away, I was early. I got stuck behind a couple of hard to seat groups.
I was a bit disappointed in the food had scrambled eggs and they were kinda runny and the sausage was a bit too greasy for my taste.
Pleasant place to eat in Mandalay Bay.

Seabreeze Cafe is a popular breakfast spot near Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, known for its lively ambiance. The food is generally decent, with some standout items like the breakfast burrito and ribs, though the quality can vary. Some customers found the crispy french toast with cereal not to their liking, while others mentioned that the bacon was really good. The salmon was noted as overpriced. Poached eggs were well prepared and tasty, but the potatoes lacked seasoning and texture. Prices are on the higher side, with each plate averaging about $30 per person, which is typical in Las Vegas.
The atmosphere is nice, but the restaurant can be very crowded, impacting service. Some guests experienced a bit of a wait to be seated, despite the restaurant not being overly packed. It is recommended to make reservations to avoid long waits, as there can be a longer wait to sit down than to eat. Service has been described as impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff. Overall, while the food isn’t bad, the experience may not stand out as exceptional.
