Good Breakfast cafe right in the centre of Mandalay Bay. Decent breakfast options. We were there on the weekend. Wait was 45 mins. benedicts were ok, BYO omelette was better. Pancakes and crunchy french toast.
When I stay at Mandalay Bay, this is my go to spot for breakfast. It does get crowded on the weekends (average wait time about 30-45 mins), so I recommend to get there early if you have plans for the day. The menu is small but the food is very delicious. The staff are generally attentive and friendly but the last two visits they took longer than usual to refill our drinks and take our payment. Overall, great place.

It was a nice first experience being at the Mandalay but this place seems dated. The menu is subpar at best and underseasoned. Over the course of a few items the Benny is by far the best. The rest are awful. Servers are friendly and kind, the decor is pretty, but food is extra bland and tasteless.
