He was very very helpful, accommodating, explained the menu and his recommendations. After initial order he remained super attentive and kept our needs first and foremost without even asking! “What a fantastic restaurant. The entire experience was just delightful. David our waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu, and made some great suggestions. The raw oysters and the oyster Rockefeller were so delicious. We even had extra oysters for dessert which they gladly accommodated. Beautiful place, incredible prices for the value. Will definitely return on my next trip to Las Vegas.“

“Start to finish, a fantastic experience. Our server Ben was awesome, very attentive, had great suggestions on drinks, and menu faves. I would love to know where y’all get your basil oil that was on the burrata heirloom tomatoes appetizer. Truly the best version of a caprese I’ve ever had. We had the Porterhouse for 2, cooked to perfection, and the pork belly mac and cheese, so so delicious!And my drink, the Cock and Bull was so good… nice touch the crystal clear square ice cube. Will definitely return whenever we come to Vegas.“

“We decided to try Scotch 80 Steakhouse at the Palms Casino. The ambience, service and food are above par. I strongly recommend this restaurant for an outstanding dinner experience. My husband had the New Zealand King Salmon and I had the Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass ( the best Miso Sea Bass I've had on a long time) and side order of Wagyu fried rice.
We started off with the Shrimp cocktail and the Iberico pork lumpia and finished with assortment of sorbet. James and Glenda our waiter and server provided excellent service. My compliments to Marty Lopez the chef who provides top quality tasting dishes. We will definately be back.“

“This was the best steakhouse I’ve ever been to we were seated in this amazing atmosphere with everything from swords shields and medieval suits of armor, They also had this live violinists playing everything from Lady Gaga to Allanis morrisette and he’s was really good, we were quickly given their toast with bacon jam which was incredible then we decided to order the Alabama chicken and the bone marrow the chicken was fall off the bone tender and tasted amazing the bone marrow and toast was delicious it had an impeccable fatty flavor after that we ordered the 50 oz dry aged porterhouse with Mac and cheese mashed potatoes and cream spinach as our sides the steak was a perfect medium and the truffle butter on top was fantastic, the mashed potatoes were delicious and had a hint of garlic, the Mac and cheese was super flavorful and the top was crispy, the cream spinach was cream spinach, then we ordered the chocolate lava cake, I’ve had a lot of chocolate lava cakes before but this one was special the molten interior was just wow, it was also my birthday so they brought out a sparkler and they actually let me wear a knights helmet and hold a sword for a little bit to take pictures which was really cool they also brought out a special kind of mini raspberry macaroon and cake for free which also tasted great, and that’s about it, I never really take this much time to write out a review for a restaurant but this one made my birthday special and i hope more people will see this and go expirience it for themselves.“

“The first time I was at this place (3 yrars ago), I waited in line for an hour and 15 mins at 2am but it was worth the wait. I ordered oysters and bouillabaisse. The oysters were large and fresh so you definitely get your money's worth, better than 95% of the restaurants I've been to in my lifetime. The bouillabaisse however was a homerun. It was simply amazing. I also ordered gumbo to-go but I didn't get to it eat and it got spoiled. The second time I had the bouillabaisse was last May, 2025. The wait was shorter this time about 30 minutes. Once again it did not disappoint. I hope they can keep the quality as i will make a point of stopping here everything I'm in Vegas. ✌❤🙏“

“My wife and I absolutely loved our dinner here. The cocktails are a little better in their downstairs bar so stop in there and take a drink up to the restaurant. Everything was delicious and service was outstanding. There were people wearing shorts and polo shirts. I only mention that because we weren't sure what was acceptable attire.“

“All the foods taste the greatest. We’ve ordered Maine lobster, king crab, and crawfish. The cap’t loui sauce is superb. It comes with side dish garlic noodles it taste like it absorbed olive oil and garlic. The chicken wings the best ever. So crunchy and moist and so flavorful. The fried seafood platter wow. Then comes the sweet potatoes fry with sugar. Every penny you pay is worth it. The service is excellent. This place is highly recommended.“

My husband got the Fillet and Asparagus side and I got the chicken pasta special which was lemon butter sautéed chicken on a bed of homemade pasta and one of the best salads I've ever had. I can't wait to recreate it at home. For Desert we had crème Brûlée which was fabulous! I highly recommend one of the best steak houses on Fremont!!“

“I can confidently say this was probably hands down the best seafood boil I have ever had! 😋🦀🦐🦑🦪 Every single item was FRESH, cooked perfectly, comforting, and flavorful. The environment was peaceful, smelled of great cooking and was very clean. The owners have truly thought everything through as to what makes a perfect restaurant experience. They even have lemon hand soap in the bathroom to wash the seafood smell off your hands after grubbing out. 😝 10/10 would recommend over and over and over!“

“Partner's boss's recommendation to treat ourselves to a lavish celebratory meal for landing a job after six grueling months, on the company credit card. Blue-eyed silver fox Jose Andres' Bazaar Mar was the ultimate food destination during our stay in Las Vegas. The Delight Tasting Menu was more than enough food. The additional Hokkaido Sea Scallops Crudo and Puntillitas Fritas might have been excessive but what happens in... Shout out to Trey for the exceptional service, refreshing after the all bumbling Gen Zers at other joints.“

“I went to the store as a Door Dash Driver...OMG! I wish I could of eaten the food. I will go there to eat in the future. Service was great, ambiance was inviting and comfortable...it was a little warm in there, but hey who cares if the food is awesome. “Its about $100/person which includes drinks. This is fair for this area for sure. We sat outside in the evening and it was lovely. You have to take the elevator with the restaurant's logo on it. We came from downstairs and could have taken the elevator from the valet area, but we took the escalator amd then the elevator.
Sitting inside would have been too loud and too stuffy.“
