“Unforgettable Dining at STK – Cosmopolitan Las Vegas I had the absolute pleasure of dining at STK inside The Cosmopolitan today at 6 PM, and it was truly one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve ever had. I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? Next level. Melt-in-your-mouth perfection with layers of buttery umami that left a lasting impression. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the service. Kristen, my server, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. She elevated the entire evening with her grace and professionalism. “The bartender and waiter always improvises a mocktail for me is my favorite part. The hostess always gets my napkin for me. Service is great. Server comes to the table often. Wished they still had lamb. Also, the lobster portions used to be small. Desserts are pretty but tastes okay. A little too creamy. High end, but the salads are very reasonable. They always allow us to share salad, so we get two salads instead of one. Food is very filling and delicious. Music is really nice all the time. <3 Miss coming here! :P“

“I try to dine at the Redwood Bar and Grill at least once during my stay in Downtown Las Vegas. This restaurant offers good food and drinks for a reasonable price. What draws me to dine here is their signature cocktail, Blood Orange Whiskey Sour. You can go anyway in Las Vegas for a good ribeye steak but you can only get the Blood Orange Whiskey Sour Cocktail at Redwood Bar and Grill located in the California Casino Hotel. Their service is exceptional and attentive to the diner's needs. My Waiter, James knew me from my previous visits and presented me with my favorite cocktail without having to ask. What a way to start a delicious meal.! The restaurant is relaxing and casual but you have the option of dressing up for those special occasions. I highly recommend this restaurant. Ask for James to be your waiters. He'll take good care of you!“

“A must! I come to Vegas often for business and travel the country for work, I consider myself a connoisseur of fine steaks. I just had the pleasure of trying the 8oz filet mignon and easily in my top 5 favorite steaks maybe even top 3. The temperature i requested (medium rare) was cooked to perfection. The seasoning provided a perfect steak flavor seared to a beautiful crust that needed no help from additional sauces. The fact that I was able to get a last minute reservation to Mae Daly's is mind blowing. Easily the best steak I've had in Vegas regardless of cost and Mae's prices are perfect if not under what I would think from this quality as I've had steaks at 3 times the cost that dont match up.

As if the flavor wasn't enough, the quiet and peaceful atmosphere was perfect for a little getaway off the busy strip. The customer service was also on point. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot we were greeted by Mae's staff assisting with the car door and guiding us into the establishment. We'll done Mae's Daly! I hope great things for this restaurant and cant wait to bring my whole crew here next year for our annual Vegas business dinner.“

“Relaxed, unpretentious, remote enclave with kitchen servers who seemed to genuinely enjoy the dishes they were creating. I enjoyed this restaurant more than the acclaimed Bazaar Meats. Only small misstep was that the bartender insisted that the artichokes were fresh. If that was true, the kitchen is working overtime to mimic jarred artichokes - if so, stop it. It’s much more likely that at an early, first night of the week dinner, the kitchen had not prepped the chokes yet, so out came the jars.“

Their burgers were amazing but they do have a bunch of other meals as well. I believe my server told me that their menus have something for everyone, and they really do. “This is the second time going to Echo & Rig and had an amazing time. My wife and I flew in from Idaho for a few days away from the cold. My sister and brother-in-law drove up from California to meet us and from the glowing review I told her about from the 1st time I came here my sister wanted to go. We were 1/2 hour early and they were able to seat us within 5 minutes. Lucas was our server and he did an incredible job. My sister can be a little demanding and difficult and he took it in stride, he never got frustrated or impaired his service to us because of her. Thank you to the entire staff at Echo & Rig, we will definitely be back!“

“We tried The Naughty Angel Steakhouse and were blown away! It’s tucked right behind Resorts World, just off the Strip, with plenty of free parking, which made it super easy. The food was amazing — the bread was fresh and soft, the steaks were cooked perfectly, and the sides were just as good. We finished with the crème brûlée, which was the best I’ve had in Vegas. The service was friendly and fast, and even Chef Angel came by to say hello, which made the experience extra special. It’s a cozy, romantic place but still relaxed and comfortable. Honestly, this little spot beats a lot of the big-name steakhouses on the Strip. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

“yesterday, Friday December 1st 2023 I had a procedure done so hadn't eaten since the Wednesday evening before. I wanted a steak and as far as we are concerned Outback is the best steak in town. I was groggy from anesthesia so I just wanted to get it and go home it was 3:20p.m. and we called and placed our order. an 11oz steak and 2 sides of screamed broccoli. by the time we got there we shou8have had much time to wait a d sure enough it was about done. Problem? It was a 6oz steak with 1 side of greenbeans and 1 side of broccoli with cheese. The completely remade my order. However my Husband was annoyed because I was sitting in the car very groggy from anesthesia and starving from not earing for almost 48 hours and we now had to wait yet another 20 minutes. They brought it out to our car in less than 10 minutes AND gave us both orders. as of today Saturday December 2nd I've eaten both orders they were delicious and perfectly cooked. Well done Outback!“
