I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? Next level. Melt-in-your-mouth perfection with layers of buttery umami that left a lasting impression. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the service. Kristen, my server, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. She elevated the entire evening with her grace and professionalism. And a huge thank you to Antonio, the GM, who personally came by to check in. He was kind, welcoming, and hands down one of the best GMs I’ve encountered anywhere. “The bartender and waiter always improvises a mocktail for me is my favorite part. The hostess always gets my napkin for me. Service is great. Server comes to the table often. Wished they still had lamb. Also, the lobster portions used to be small. Desserts are pretty but tastes okay. A little too creamy. High end, but the salads are very reasonable. They always allow us to share salad, so we get two salads instead of one. Food is very filling and delicious. Music is really nice all the time. <3 Miss coming here! :P“

“My husband and I looked forward to this meal for 5 months. It was everything we imagined and hoped for and then some! The steak was perfection, we wished the jumbo lobster never ended and the table side Caesar was delicious! Our team of servers: Chris, Kevin, and Martin took extremely good care of us and made sure all details were discussed and presented. Chris was hands down the best server we’ve ever had. “I made a reservation for my daughters 17th birthday dinner , the mngr Danielle went out of her way to call me and ask what my daughter‘s favorite snacks were. When we showed up to dinner there was a very thoughtful bday table set up with roses and a capital grille swag bag filled with her fave snacks. It was So sweet! Also our server Luis was outstanding! They made us feel special and the food and drinks were exceptional. Malia was our waitress. She was friendly and attentive. Johvanny, Taylor and Brandon were also equally wonderful. The team was rolling out their new menu that night and I have to say the French Chicken Dijon was so tasty and my boyfriend had the Porterhouse. Everything we had was delicious! From the bacon tomato jam, the Bone Marrow, the Garlic Mashed Potatoes to any steak you’re planning on ordering, it’s all amazing! The Viking Punch served in a horn was so much fun! We ended the night with a sinful Lava Cake that was set aflame and utterly irresistible even though we were so stuffed and ready for bed. Celebrated my 45th bady with family was able to book reservation for 8 same day. The restaurant is huge and has plenty of seating. The happy hour meat prices cant be beat. I think your server felt like you needed that $20 more then they did, and thought they were really doing you a favor. You should have left that server $60 at the very least . And that’s if the service was bad. You said that your service was good. I feel like my 5 stars are needed to cancel out your one. Do better for our servers.“

“Excellent. We shared appetizers— caviar, oysters, sushi, beef tartar, foi gras. All delicious but crispy sushi was my favorite. Entrees were lamb, steaks, short ribs. Delicious. Desserts — a twist on strawberry shortcake, chocolate peanut butter pie with bananas foster sauce, Basque cheesecake. All excellent. Rich was our server. Terrific. The best special occasion restaurant we have been to on the Strip. We are locales.“

The food was outstanding. Steaks were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Be sure to order the souffle for dessert. Great selection of wines and whiskeys to go with your dinner and French press coffee (a personal favorite) to go with dessert. As a local I can say there are lots of great restaurants in Las Vegas, but Mae Daly's is special. We'll definitely be returning.“
