This place has bomb food and excellent service! The workers are always so pleasant and kind. They put a little Italian grandma's love into their food because damn does it hit every time. We've gotten pizza, sandwiches, burgers, wings, pasta, apps, salads. I don't know how they have such a wide menu and cook everything so well. They're a gift to Las Vegas!
I was born in New York. I spent years of my life eating fantastic pizza. Strega does not make thin crust pizza, but what they do make is fantastic. They get a fluffier dough from using a lower gluten (lower protein) flour. The experience is fluffy and not doughy because of how they let the dough rise and how hot the brick oven gets.Delivery from any brick oven pizza place is going to be inferior, but this place floored me even in terms of delivery.
