The afternoon after a debaucherous night out (can't every night out in Vegas be described as such?!), we dragged ourselves downstairs with leftover $1 dollar bills in hand, & recovered with breakfast sandwiches from Sun's Out Buns Out. Thank you to the cashier who had a good sense of humor about us paying with $1's. Suns Out Buns Out is located inside the Hilton World Resorts on the side of casino area. They open for breakfast. You order at the counter and pick up your food at the counter when your number gets called. We had an avocado toast and locmoco. They were both very good. Seating area has very limited but people move fast. Egg chais are cute and fun for kids.

Really cute walk up breakfast spot. Portions were huge with wild flavor compliments. Order taker was friendly and gave us descriptions of food and some great suggestions. I only wish the food would have been presented on plates rather than disposable takers out ware.
