The hostess at the front desk was not very pleasant when we checked in. The patio was not full at all and she chose to seat us right in front of the service station. When we asked for us to be moved, she was definitely bothered by our request and definitely has a chip on her shoulder. We ordered a bottle of wine and the gentleman who brought us the bottle was arrogant and not a bit polite. We stopped in here for a very late dinner on the night we arrived at Resorts World Las Vegas. Even though it was late, our waitress was EXCELLENT. She was very attentive, engaging and welcoming. We ordered cocktails and split a Wally Burger and fries. The burger was tasty and cooked to perfection and the fries were wonderfully seasoned. I made a reservation almost two weeks in advance on Open Table - when the 3 of got there, they put at a table for two out in the courtyard - not even in the restaurant. I mean there wasn't even any room for food! WE ordered drinks and it took 30 minutes - we should have left then. They said they didn't expect to be this busy - but take care of your reservations - the ones that planned - first! Will not be going back - poor management and planning.
