“I was severely impressed by the Taco Bell Cantina I cannot wait to come back. The music was great yall definitely had the jams playing. It wasn’t over crowded and there was plenty of space even on a busy Sunday. My favorite thing besides the Baja blast freeze with PATRON 🤪 was the merch. I was so excited to buy a Taco Bell hat and I will be returning for the beach towel!!!“

“I stop by this location after work multiple times a week (sad to say I know lol). Every time I’ve gone here the staff has been so kind and always gets my order right! I’ve never had an issue with this location. I rarely do reviews but I felt like the staff here deserved a good review and to hear that their hard work is appreciated and acknowledged :)“

“I made an error when ordering and the food order was sent to the wrong location. I tried to cancel or transfer the order within seconds of it going through and called the other location to stop them from making the food but they couldn’t cancel the order. So even though they were no longer making the food I still couldn’t get my money back. This location that I was at, was kind and helped me get my food even though it was my error. I will try to order from there when getting Taco Bell as they have exceptional customer service.“

“Why do a review of Taco Bell? I mean, it's Taco Bell; were you execting something different? Well, no, but how about everything perfectly right? Our food was prepared quickly (despite the Friday noon rush), accurately, and freshly. The people who served us were incredibly polite, and the restaurant was clean, clean, clean. “I didn't get my food. On the 3rd of January 2025 at 7pm I went to make a purchase but the cashier who didn't speak English cancelled my order but my money never came back on my card... I called cash app and taco bell customer service and I'm still waiting for instructions. I went to the other taco bell and reordered my food. But still haven't had my money. “I had the best service with Sasha today! Kind polite and was able to answer my silly questions with alot of insight. “I was putting in my order a nice customer service young laddy saw me looking at were they have the counter were they put the salsas and the rest of the thing like napkins etc... but when I was trying to pay I kept been ignore I know there were busy but least they could have taken my money to pay my order manager came to the counter a couple times to give out orders to other customers but never pay attention to ask what i was waiting for until the same young lady came to help me again she really has a great customer service not like the manager not a great customer service“

“I’ve been visiting over the past few weeks and unfortunately, the customer service has been very disappointing. However, during my most recent visit through the drive-thru, I was greeted by a young lady who completely turned things around. Her kindness and professionalism stood out, and I finally experienced the level of service customers should always receive. I truly hope she’s being recognized for the great work she’s doing!“

“The guy who took my order tonight at the drive thru was so incredibly polite. He greeted me as soon as I pulled up and told me to order when I was ready. I don’t eat here often so I needed a few moments to look over the menu.

The drive thru menu has a lot going on. I don’t think the food images are large enough. There were also images of food that popped up along the bottom of the screen. One of the those item was for a Grilled Cheese Burrito combo. That caught my eye so that’s what I ordered. Towards the bottom of the menu there was also a $7 Deluxe Box combo so I got one of the those too. The box was loaded with food so it seemed like a really good value.

My food came quickly and my order was accurate. Once I started to dig in the food looked like it was prepared with care. Nothing looked sloppy, there were no soggy tacos and everything was warm like it had just been prepared. My visit here was perfect.

“This is a nice restaurant located on Durango Rd and Grand Teton, Las Vegas, NV. I ordered at the drive-thru and got the box of tacos for the family. The tacos were fresh, crunchy and not soggy. I look forward to my next visit to Tule Springs Park and their neighborhood Taco Bell.“

“I looked up this taco bell to get the phone number and was surprised they had 4 stars. I had an issue with my order and couldn't get an answer on the phone so I drove back.

The manager was busy, but I will say, the employee at the checkout, the water siding at the counter for their customers, the service I received from the manager, shows why they have 4 stars and not less. “Check this out... Taco Bell has a windows you can order thru at night after they close the lobby. Since the work truck i drive doesn't clear the height limit my partner and I are asked out most of the time at fast food spots. But not today. The rep was courteous and my food was prepared fast. The walk up window at Taco Bell is a great accommodation for cust . Other restaurants should do the same.“

“I’ve eaten at this Taco Bell location probably half a dozen times now, usually on weekends for lunch. I always grab a seat inside and then order the $7 Luxe Box through the app. Service has been consistently decent. When interaction is called for, it’s usually with a smile and a polite exchange which is always nice.

Most of the time my food is called out at the counter for pickup, though every now and then they’ll bring it right to my table. Either way, it’s always hot, fresh, and made-to-order. This is Taco Bell, not fine dining, but for what you get it’s very good, filling, and a solid value for a cheap lunch.

The restaurant itself is kept very clean. Dirty tables are rare, and the bathrooms have always been in good shape when I’ve used them. Overall, this is a reliable spot with good food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely one of the better Taco Bell locations I’ve visited.“

“During a slow time the crew still messed up my order after paying for 12 cinnabons I got home and only had 4 in the bag when i tried to call got no answer so I returned (walking several blocks) they gave me the 12 piece but when i asked if they could at least throw in a drink for my trouble i was denied and looked at like it was my fault to begin with ! I’m gonna always come here this place is clean and there was a customer complaining and they treated him so nice, he definitely was being a pain in the neck and they still dealt with him and patience and a smile. “Stopped by for a quick grab and go dinner but when we asked for water they said they had to charge $1.07. I asked why and was told they have to charge for the cup. Really?!!
The guy did say it was "happy hour" so any drink was $1 so that was OK...but if he would not have told us I would have never known.“
