“This is a nice restaurant located on Durango Rd and Grand Teton, Las Vegas, NV. I ordered at the drive-thru and got the box of tacos for the family. The tacos were fresh, crunchy and not soggy. I look forward to my next visit to Tule Springs Park and their neighborhood Taco Bell.“

The Taco Bell on Frias has become one of our go to spots, especially when we have our grandson with us. He absolutely loves this location, and honestly the experience is always easy and enjoyable. We ordered through the app this time, and the whole process was simple and fast. Everything was ready right when we pulled up, and the order was accurate down to the last detail.

The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we like it. You can tell this team takes pride in getting things right, even during busy times. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they always make the pickup process smooth. It is the kind of place where you feel comfortable returning because the service is consistent and the food is reliable.

Having a Taco Bell this dependable so close to home makes life a little easier, especially when our grandson is excited for his favorite meal. We appreciate this location and the team that keeps it running so well.“

“Ngl this the best taco bell to order from late at night, the night manger is amazing and deserves a raise. Shes sweet and welcoming and always takes care of me. The late night crew under her absolutely kill it at what they do. “Screwed up my order and put something spicy on my California crunch wrap. But it was interesting to try taco bell's breakfast offerings. Hash browns were good. Not overly greasy.
Quick service in drive thru and pleasant, helpful staff.

Pain in the butt to get into this location especially if you are going up the other side of Rancho. Getting back onto Rancho was even worse.“

“Why do a review of Taco Bell? I mean, it's Taco Bell; were you execting something different? Well, no, but how about everything perfectly right? Our food was prepared quickly (despite the Friday noon rush), accurately, and freshly. The people who served us were incredibly polite, and the restaurant was clean, clean, clean. Typical Taco Bell. This one is relatively new and very clean. While I was eating lunch, 2 different employees came out at different times to clean tables, etc. Food was good and it's a cheerful environment to eat in.“

“Haven’t had the Bell in a minute, didn’t disappoint. Ordering from the app and then picking up is the best option, plus you can some deals and also avoid the drive thru pressure. I will say always check your bag after, we were missing an item, not to blame them it was a bigger order, and they gave us the missing item when I stepped inside.“

“I looked up this taco bell to get the phone number and was surprised they had 4 stars. I had an issue with my order and couldn't get an answer on the phone so I drove back.

The manager was busy, but I will say, the employee at the checkout, the water siding at the counter for their customers, the service I received from the manager, shows why they have 4 stars and not less. “BEST TACO BELL EVER!!!!! Me and my boyfriend came here around 2 am today on a Tuesday, and it was our first time trying a custom order through the drive-thru. The girl taking our order was super nice and didn’t make us feel guilty about customizing anything. The person at the window that handed us our food was just as sweet. Seriously great energy and vibes from both of those ladies. We had low expectations of this place due to our other Taco Bell experiences, but it was honestly so fresh and delicious !!! We even ended up ordering it again later because it was THAT good. We’re so proud of the customer service here- especially for a GRAVEYARD crew, YHATS CRAZY ! “During a slow time the crew still messed up my order after paying for 12 cinnabons I got home and only had 4 in the bag when i tried to call got no answer so I returned (walking several blocks) they gave me the 12 piece but when i asked if they could at least throw in a drink for my trouble i was denied and looked at like it was my fault to begin with ! “I placed my order through drive thru and was assisted by Anthony (per receipt) even tho the car in front of me took a long time once it was my turn Anthony was amazing and very professional. I pulled up to the window and he confirmed my order to make sure he got everything. The order did take about 20min which was frustrating and I had to park in front of the store. Anthony came out and apologized for the wait & for forgetting my 2 freezes. He did seem overwhelmed but was very professional and has amazing customer service skills. “Stopped by for a quick grab and go dinner but when we asked for water they said they had to charge $1.07. I asked why and was told they have to charge for the cup. Really?!!
The guy did say it was "happy hour" so any drink was $1 so that was OK...but if he would not have told us I would have never known.“

“Nice employees and convenient location when I'm going to be heading north on the 95, or I guess I could say Interstate 11.

Vegetarian options: I love that they have tostadas again. I'm not vegetarian, but they're one of my favorites

“I love this TB, been going here for over 4 years, the crew always does their best. The food is fresh, hot, even when I do an online pick up order and show an hour later, they make it upon arrival which I appreciate a lot. Everyone is kind, and the facility is always clean. TB is not a Michelin Star restaurant, please, for the love of gorditas and cinnamon twist - remain humble and practice your patience. I personally never have issue with parking up front and waiting a little bit to ensure the Tb team hits their numbers as well as giving them the grace to perform at their best. I've been given freebies on top of ample amounts of apologies for any inconvenience the TB Crew feels they may have caused (FYI, I never need a sorry and never feel inconvenienced to wait). I plan to continue to buy from this exact location and give all TB crew members the respect they all deserve.
