I came to pick up an order and I misspelled the name... The whoever was that person manager or an employer saying that they don't have the name. After I call and verify the name I realized I misspelled the name and she started arguing with me tell me to make sure I know how to pronounce a name. I found it very rude and because of that I kind of got punished and had to wait another 5 minutes to have the order handed to just already made it. A little kindness it would help. Shame on your employers!

You are forced to only order from the electronic kiosks and as an Austism therapist my individuals had a difficult time navigating this method. It is not ADA compliant. Finally if the goal is to reduce labor costs by not paying for a front counter order taker then at least pass along the money the store saves by reducing costs for the customers.

If you like personal interaction during your restaurant experience, this is not the place to go. Worst experience ever I walk in and I’m greeted by someone at the counter who tells me to interface with a kiosk to place my order. I’m the only person in the restaurant and there are four people in the back. they cannot take my order or answer any questions about their food? The manager tells me this is the corporate procedure I do not recommend Taco Bell any longer, if this is the case. Seriously cold.

Fresco removes dairy and adds tomatoesDietary restrictions: They will work with you to make sure you don't get dairy if you don't want it and they do pretty good with special requestsKid-friendliness: Cheesy roll up. Soft taco. They will remove anything you kid won't eat..
I hate when this stuff happens. I believe she overcharged me and purposely didn’t give me a receipt when I asked for a price breakdown. A simple breakfast of 2 breakfast burritos and a childrens casadilla was over $22. Doesn’t sound right. Then the stuff inside the burrito is cold. As you see the unmelted cheese.

All I can ask is are we on lock down?? They are open for business but a server has to let you in to the building?? There is no counter service, you Must order through a menu pad. I placed my order, went to get my drink, the sweet tea looked like colored water, no tea taste whatsoever, the self serve soda machine was not working The food came out hot and typical taco bell fare.. The staff was very friendly. But the way I have to walk on and place my order, I don't think i'll be back..

This is probably one of the worst Taco Bells’ I’ve ever eaten.. like what is this? The food was cold as freakin ice! And the portions are a joke, I literally ate a flour taco with lettuce.. cannot exaggerate this…it wasn’t lukewarm, “kinda hot”, or warmed up…. It was literally cold as hell!!! .I stay 3 miles away, Like how can the food be cold as hell like this.?? Just horrible.
