Down home cooking just like my favorite places in the South. Very friendly staff and owner. Big portions, fair prices. We enjoyed the St. Louis ribs, rib tips, chicken, and brisket. The brisket is fall apart, melts in your mouth. BBQ sauce is a good balance of sweet and savory. Loved the greens and beans. The ribs had a good crust and smoky flavor. All together good quality food. It's nice to have this place in our neighborhood. I wish them success!
The owner is such a nice guy! We made a bet that if I liked the food, I had to leave a review and he was CONFIDENT I would make this review. He knows his food is good!!And here I am. So, needless to say, it was delicious. We tried the ribs, pulled pork, brisket, corn bread, and bbq beans. All items were a 10/10!

Originally from the south, it's tough to find good, southern BBQ with all the fixin's. OMGoodness the greens and sweet tea took me back! The pulled pork and slaw was SO good. The owner was your typical southern gentlemen... outgoing and friendly and willing to answer any questions with a smile (and I'm sure he repeats himself daily). So far, best BBQ in town!
