Checked out The Blue Skillet today and it was solid. The 1-2-3 biscuits and gravy was delicious and the Crepes were very tasty. Very fair pricing too! Easy parking out front right off E Charleston. We've been to Vegas many times, and Blue Skillet is our favorite breakfast restaurant. Good, fresh food. Come hungry. The omelets are big, and the pancakes are full of flavor. The staff is so welcoming, and they make you feel like you're appreciated for dining there.

Everything was just perfect!! Eggs cooked to a perfect soft scramble, bacon crisp but not hard crisp, and nice combo of corn beef hash with tomatoes, and peppers! We had our three little dogs in the car and asked to be seated where we could keep an eye on their behavior and he accommodated whole heartily! Clean place, friendly greeting and great service!! Great breakfast find!!
