We had seen the Broken Yolk several times on our trips here because we go to a shop on the same area for salad.We decided to give it a try this time and much to our surprise the restaurant is very spacious inside and is perfectly laid out.Our waiter was very attentive and was quick with our order and drinks.We will definitely go back again sometime and eat when we are back in town again.

Nice breakfast options if you are looking for a quick brunch before heading out to catch a flight or start your day in the strip. The cinnamon pancakes is a must try. Lemon ricotta pancakes looked appealing as well, but we decided to go with cinnamon pancakes thanks to their suggestion (and it was worth it). Decent number of vegetarian/vegan options and they also have plant based substitutes for a number of dishes.Vegetarian options: Ask the staff about vegetation suggestions or substitutions, they were helpful in pointing out the various options

Always busy and yet the servers treat you like you are there alone. The good is perfect. I have tried a lot of their breakfast fare and it has all been brilliant. Everyone on staff is super friendly. I can not say enough good or sing their praise loud enough. Don't miss this gem.

The food was decent. The service was decent. It was a very loud atmosphere and I would preferred to be able to sit outside. However, the patio is only open on the weekends. It is also dog friendly in their patio. I may consider coming back just so I can bring my dog with me. He might like the food more

The food was really good. I had the chicken and waffle egg bennie. The tenders were fried hard but flavorful.The service was great. Everyone was so inviting and nice. Our food came out in such a quick time, and it was hot and ready to be eaten. The wait was a bit, but worth it!! Added: The homefries were unseasoned a bit hard, but nothing Ketchup couldn't fix. Lol.

During a recent trip to Las Vegas, my family and I decided to have breakfast at Broken Yolk, and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. Despite it being a busy Monday morning (Easter Monday), we managed to find seating in a cozy booth, just as we had hoped. The service was exceptional, with polite and attentive staff making our visit enjoyable. We were a group of four adults and ordered three dishes:mom's omelette, a Big American breakfast, Eggs and Toast along with coffee and tea. The portions were generous, and we especially loved the mocha latte with whipped cream and mom's omelette. Overall, we left the restaurant feeling very satisfied and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Las Vegas, even if just for a short trip.
