I first heard about this through a you tube video, then my daughter's friend told her about it. We planned on going some time in the future but when we checked the website, we found out they will be closing their last vegas location on Oct. 30. No more waiting so we decided to go right away. Saw the bone marrow tacos advertised on instagram. Had to check them out. Tried the birria tacos with nervio, tripa, chicharron, and of course with bone marrow. Delicious tacos. Tender, meaty, very filling. Seasoning is delicious. The nervio was my favorite. Will also have to come back to try the bine marrow by itself.

Unfortunately, had a less than positive experience. Waited at least 30 minutes for my order of 2 brrira tacos, 2 quesa brrira tacos, and bone marrow. Later, found out they had our ticket in the "done" pile. Consume wasn't listed on the menu and I saw some with it so I assumed it must come with the order. Well, it must not.
