If this place was on the strip they would sell out every night! A katsu sandwich - your choice of "standard ($40)" "American Waygu ($100), or Japanese Waygu ($200). Went with the standard. Amazing. The meat was so tender you would think you are eating better. The sauce was perfect mix and bread came from next door. As a bonus they throw in a skewer of meat without the sauce "so you can taste it." Note: They aren't closed... they just look closed. No one standing at the register....read full review
The question you are all wondering, is it worth $40? We ordered the Standard Filet and it was sooo soft and juicy. One order can easily feed 2 people. In addition to the sandos they add a deep fried meat skewer and 2 katsu sauces so in my opinion, you're getting your money's worth. 10/10 recommend so don't miss out on this treasure of a location!
Just reading reviews and the mouth watering pictures I finally had to come enjoy it myself. Now when you walk in, it seems closed or dead. It's super plain and empty. So the ambiance I would say isn't very huge. They have some photos up, but it's a counter with a laminated menu.
