Horrible experience. Waiting for 12 mins to order because they didn’t have enough change. The drink machine is bad and not working. All customers are complaining about their drinks. No one is assuring customers that they will be helped. Anyways, worst Wendy’s I ever been to.
I just went to the drive through. Ordered a junior burger plain. Specifically said “just the bun and meat”. I’m severely allergic to dairy and they put cheese on it. So when I told them that I said “just the bun and meat” the worker looked so confused. And then they said “no cheese” which I confirmed. Then I see the lady put cheese on the burger, and then the other last just took it off. So basically can’t eat this burger.

The cashier is slow and not all spark plugs firing. The dine room is disgusting, the soda machine is broken, tastes horrible and no ice. Looks like this place hasn't been cleaned in a month. When I went to ask for a soda with ice from the drive thru the workers walked past me and didn't help. This is hands down the worst Wendy's I have ever seen or been to. I'm sitting here writing this review 20 mins later still no food.
