The owner clearly goes above and beyond. We brought our entire basketball team in (+ families) and everyone worked hard to get the orders out quickly. Furthermore, he showed up to watch our next game after being asked by the boys. Our team is not a local team. What a great business owner this community has!

The most welcoming and fun pastry shop I’ve ever been to. The owner of the Durango location, Rob, is the heart and soul of this place and his charisma shines through every time you walk in the door. “Issa Vibe” for sure. This place would be 5 stars even if the donuts weren’t as great as they are. You’ve got to try the Strawberry Shortcake smash donut. 5 Stars all-around.

I seem to start too many reviews with "My wife wanted to try .....", well this one is no exception. My wife wanted to try this after seeing social media posts, what's new there! So a donut with a small bit of ice cream is $6 and if you want toppings, that's $8 and a milkshake with a mini donut is $9. The donut was ok, just a basic donut, I thought it would had been better warm, which is what I thought the lady alluded to. When you pick up your order, they have to announce it on their loudspeaker and proclaim you have take a bite right that second, even if it is to go. Overall it was ok, but seems way over priced for what you get. Think maybe half a scoop of ice cream and a basic donut, so what is that like $2 worth of food? Staff seemed nice, except for watching the young lady making the desserts with gloves on, stopping to brush her hair back and go back to finishing. It's call Yonutz because people will say yo nuts for spending that kind of money!

After seeing all the ads on social media decided to give this place a try. We ordered the biscoff ice cream with caramel drizzle doughnut. We went later in the day and it was quiet. Staff is very friendly, clean and lots of open places to sit. Each item is made to order. The flavor and ice cream were good but Both of our donuts were dry and stale. It was a huge disappointment given the price. It would have been more tasteful if the donuts were fresh, thus only a 3 star rating. I will update my review the next time we return We'll try it again and ask for fresh made donuts The next time.
