After a long line I was met by a very cheerful lady at the register. I asked how she was doing and complimented her that I know it's a super busy day but she seemed so welcoming. She was very nice. My drinks didn't look like they usually do and the barista making all the drinks helped me figure out what to add to make it how I liked them. I appreciate her helping me bc I have no idea how coffee works lol. A couple shots later and the drinks were the best! Thank you for your patience...read full review
My lovely barista, Paula, the other day went above and beyond to ensure I had the best customer service experience on the river. She paid great attention to detail on my custom drink and even made sure my drink was just right. We need to see more of this Las Vegas resort quality service along our beautiful Colorado river.
