“Last summer, I drove about 5 miles from my hotel specifically to get my fix at Bruce's Taste of Chicago. I made sure it was at least 20 minutes before closing to order a Chicago dog and fries to go. I had lived in Illinois as a child and wanted a bit of nostalgia, as I saw posted somewhere long before my Laughlin trip that this eatery existed. I was really happy to know that there was this hidden gem nearby. When I got there, I was turned away by Brandie, she said that they were very busy. She wrote on a menu that she would give me a discount on my next visit. I'm not local, but I understood and left hungry, without food and disappointed. Fast forward to recent, I went on a Sunday around 4 pm and placed my order and waited under 10 minutes. I can see why others would say that Brandie is rude. I wouldn't say she's rude. I think she's just very short. She wants to be efficient. As I left, I had remembered the discount but lord knows where that paper menu is...LOL As for the food: it was good. Although I was expecting the bright neon green relish that is traditionally on a Chicago dog. The fries were good, I might pass on the slaw next time, because the nachos look great. I'll be back to try them and a Italian Beef the next time I am in town! Ambiance: Felt like I was back in Chicago!”

“The food, the service and the view alone was nothing but spectacular. I’m convinced that this restaurant is what’s keeping Laughlin in business. The prices are just right but I still feel like they undersell themselves. We have previously spent over $200 at a Kona Grill and managed to spend less here on some good quality food and drinks. “Picked up two meals to go at almost quitting time. Wonderful! 9:30 the next morning had breakfast inside. It was fair at best. Service was average, food was below. Had a coupon. Did not honor it as we needed to order 3 or more breakfast. There were 12 tables with couples there. It’s a couple type restaurant. No one orders 3 breakfasts there! Upsetting. Use for takeout burgers only!!!”

“Great brunch buffet, and I don't like buffets. Made to order omelets, prime rib, peel-eat shrimp, nice salad bar. So much more that I couldn't try. The dessert bar is one of the best I've seen. And if you're into it, bottomless mimosas.Vegetarian options: Great fresh fruit and veggies”

“Fantastic overall service and management.Our server Nakita was brilliant. From her smile, attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and overall friendliness, she was spot on. Looking around, we noticed all of the staff were smiling and engaged. Unfortunately that is something that has become all too rare in the service industry. Obviously management is doing a great job and we look forward to going back again soon.”

“Cool little dive bar. We went during football and got $3 draft beer. The bartenders were attentive when our drinks were empty. The only downside is it is really smokey smelling, since most people at the video poker machines were smoking. Other than that, would recommend for cheap drinks”

“On a recommendation, I went to double Shot and met the owner David. What a nice young man! David sells a variety of coffee flavors are including espresso. He offered me a VIP discount 10% and said anyone that comes in that mentions my name as I’m a YouTuber would also receive the same discount. So stop by double shot coffee make sure you tell him Sarasota Tim sent you! He has delicious breakfast sandwiches and treats too. You will enjoy a beautiful view of the Nevada mountains right out the window while sitting in comfortable chairs and tables to relax in. “The subs are fricken amazing here. We always get a turkey and provolone sub when we are in Laughlin. We tried the meatball sub and the salads everything is delicious. They slice the meats and cheese in front of you and the staff is awesome. They are always friendly and they make you want to go back again. The location is inside The Tropicana Casino so the ambiance is always good. Definitely will continue getting our lunch or dinner from port of subs.”

“Our table ordered a cheese omelet, a ham and cheese omelet, and an order of French toast. Omelete's were perfectly done. Loved their rye bread. French toast was enjoyed by the remembers of my table. Service was prompt except for refills on beverages. Restaurant is clean but dated.”

“Love this place! Out of all of the local places to have a drink here in Laughlin, this is the best! Pool tables, darts, good music, friendly atmosphere, video poker, large screens for sports watching, etc! Best thing about this place though is the service! Tim the bartender is wonderful! Always makes you feel welcome, doesn't let your glass sit empty, keeps the bar cleanly and is informative about all things Laughlin! Will continue to come back to this place for years to come!”

“The service was slow to get seated and once sat I waited 8 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Once the server came back and took my order he was fantastic. He recommended the Cajun Maji Maji with shrimp and it was really good. The ambiance on the patio at sunset is awesome.”

“Really really surprisingly good. They have all the torani coffee syrups and ghiradelli sauces. The employees are nice and make the drinks fast. Prices are about the same as starbucks, a bit pricy but very good. They also have almond and soy milk if you are lactose intolerant which I appreciated. Also i think their hours listed on google are wrong, i think i saw on the sign they close at 2 but if someone could double check that and fix it that would be greatDietary restrictions: Dairy free milk options almond (silk brand) and soy”

“The food has good options but the service is a little slow during the week but only because their short staffed. The staff is accommodating and friendly though. And despite it's small selection of machines and out of order machines as well. Despite this hey have a players card system that's comparable to the big casino's offerings while being creative.”

“We both tried the Smoked Chicken Alfredo. It was delicious.It did not look like a large portion but it was the perfect size. Our waiter was fantastic! Knowledgable about the food and the menu, friendly and efficient! I would recommend!”

“The Calzone was DELICIOUS. The crust was flaky and almost tasted like garlic bread. The service was excellent. I ordered a Calzone and a pizza over the phone. They told me 25 minutes. I walked in at the 25 Minutes mark and they just had to box it up. Service here is amazing. Highly recommend.”
