“You navigate the labyrinthine, marble-floored casino belly of Caesars Palace, pass the row of high-limit slots, and you are confronted by a monument to the absolute high church of traditional French fine dining. Restaurant Guy Savoy.
On paper, this is a massive, multi-million-dollar paradox. You’re talking about a carbon copy of one of Paris’s most revered culinary institutions, spearheaded by a legendary master of the craft, plugged directly into a sprawling, noisy American mega-resort. It should feel cynical. It should feel like high-end corporate theater for high rollers who want to buy prestige by the ounce while a simulated Roman empire hums right outside the door.
But you sit down in that dining room, and the bread cart rolls up—a magnificent, towering mahogany chariot stacked with an obsessive, dizzying variety of houses-baked loaves, brioches, and crisps—and your defenses just completely crumble.
The food here is not a casual spin-off; it is a serious, uncompromising execution of culinary art. When that legendary artichoke and black truffle soup hits the table, paired with that layered, heavily buttered mushroom brioche designed specifically to be dipped into the bowl, you aren't just eating. You are experiencing a masterclass in texture, depth, and earthy, unholy richness. It makes you want to close your eyes and just be quiet for a minute. From the pristine seafood to the decadent chocolate fondant, the kitchen treats classic French flavor profiles with a level of precision and reverence that is almost religious.
The space itself is formal, dark, and undeniably corporate in its architectural bones, but the service completely saves it from being stuffy. The staff operates with an elite, Michelin-caliber choreography, yet they remain relaxed, warm, and entirely devoid of that icy, elitist condescension that often plagues high-end dining.
Why four stars instead of five? Because entering this world requires an absolute, eye-watering financial sacrifice. This is a hyper-exclusive playground where the tasting menus and wine pairings are priced like a used car, making it less of a soulful culinary discovery and more of a rare, heavily insulated luxury transaction. Furthermore, the dining room’s ultra-sanitized, quiet ambiance completely detaches you from any sense of place—you could be in Tokyo, Paris, or a luxury bunker; the gritty, chaotic soul of Las Vegas is completely locked outside.
But as a showcase of pure, unadulterated technical perfection and sensory indulgence? It is a heavy hitter that delivers exactly what it promises.”

“#1 BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND!!!! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is awesome, if I could give 100 stars, I would!!! We had a wedding reception here and I cannot thank the staff enough, for making everything PERFECT!!! We had a major snafu with the wedding cake from a different location, the Chef fixed it up and made it look beautiful to match the bridal colors, it was awesome. One of the managers, used to be a wedding planner and she made sure the cake table looked amazing. We were trying to save the top tier of the cake for the Newlyweds, we were struggling and the busboy/waiter helped us get it and preserve it. I cannot say enough fabulous things about the Peppermill, we love it and I will recommend it to everyone!!!”

“Unforgettable Dining at STK – Cosmopolitan Las Vegas I had the absolute pleasure of dining at STK inside The Cosmopolitan today at 6 PM, and it was truly one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve ever had. I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? Next level. Melt-in-your-mouth perfection with layers of buttery umami that left a lasting impression. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the service. Kristen, my server, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. She elevated the entire evening with her grace and professionalism. And a huge thank you to Antonio, the GM, who personally came by to check in. He was kind, welcoming, and hands down one of the best GMs I’ve encountered anywhere. His leadership and care for the guest experience are clearly reflected in every part of the restaurant. STK at The Cosmopolitan is more than a meal—it’s a full-sensory experience that blends upscale dining with vibrant energy. If you're in Vegas, this is a must. 5 stars. Unmatched hospitality, world-class steaks, and service that sets the standard.”

“I am a huge fan of Thomas Keller who is the first chef in American history to have 2 Michelin star restaurants simultaneously. I have been lucky enough to eat at the French Laundry in the past and plan to eat at his NYC one when I get the chance. For this occasion I was visiting Vegas for my birthday weekend so I chose Bouchon because this is one of the three Keller restaurants that I have not been to yet. It’s located in the Venetian on the ground floor in a beautiful setting. The dining room is very large with high ceilings and the tables are fairly spread apart, which was really nice. Our server was extremely polite and everything that we ordered arrived fairly quickly.
Pricing here is a little steep, but you do get great quality food in return. I started off with the Salad Lyonnaise and thought it was absolutely fantastic. It was one of the better ones that I’ve had in a long time and I even had other versions of it during this same trip and this one beat all of those. I followed that with the Eye of the Rib and thought it had a great flavor, but for $105 it was a very small portion and it took me about 7 or 8 bites to finish it. It did have amazing flavors, I just think that it was a bit steep price wise for the limited portion you get in return. Overall though I would highly recommend this restaurant and would stop in again next time I’m in Vegas.”

“Its about $100/person which includes drinks. This is fair for this area for sure. We sat outside in the evening and it was lovely. You have to take the elevator with the restaurant's logo on it. We came from downstairs and could have taken the elevator from the valet area, but we took the escalator amd then the elevator.
Sitting inside would have been too loud and too stuffy.”
