We were lucky enough to be able to sample the white truffle risotto, which is only available 45 days out of the year. Without a doubt it was in the top three dishes I've ever had in my life. The restaurant recently won the Top award for their wine program and their Sommelier Andrew is an absolute gem. ”

“Unforgettable Dining at STK – Cosmopolitan Las Vegas I had the absolute pleasure of dining at STK inside The Cosmopolitan today at 6 PM, and it was truly one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve ever had. I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? Next level. Melt-in-your-mouth perfection with layers of buttery umami that left a lasting impression. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the service. Kristen, my server, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. She elevated the entire evening with her grace and professionalism. And a huge thank you to Antonio, the GM, who personally came by to check in. He was kind, welcoming, and hands down one of the best GMs I’ve encountered anywhere. His leadership and care for the guest experience are clearly reflected in every part of the restaurant. Started with meatballs & chorizo and French onion soup then got the ribeye and garlic mash with bacon. Literal perfection and the meatballs… let me just say, that is the staple. Ribeye was cooked perfect and the French onion soup was the best I’ve had. The garlic mash had huge chunks of bacon. Amazing. Monica was our server helped by Jomo and they were an awesome team. Keep up the great work! And next time I’m in Vegas I WILL be back!”
