“So yummy! We have tried the regular, Hokkaido, coffee, and horchata milk tea, all except the horchata was a hit for us. The horchata was fine, just wasn't for me. The honey boba is also soft and has that nice honey taste unlike some boba spots. We also have gotten the honey dew in both water and milk blended, lychee with lychee jelly and strawberry with kychee and my daughter loves them all. Our favorite boba spot so far moving to the north side! :)“

I saw that Landmark Tea was just minutes away from where I was and the reviews looked good, so I decided to give it a try! The spot is located in a mini mall in the general China Town area. Even though the outside appears unassuming, the inside is actually quite cozy and beautiful, with nice decor touches like wooden furniture, warm, deco-y designs, and vibrant accent colors.Upon glancing at the menu, I was pleased to see brewed tea options (look for Teapresso Milk Teas on the menu) available at this location! My favorite milk teas are freshly brewed, and not all boba places offer this option. Additionally, they offer cheese cream (a.k.a. "cheese foam") which is always a nice option to have too; again, not all boba places offer this.Ordering was easy, and the cashier was friendly and answered my questions about caffeine content, etc. After gathering useful information from her, I decided on one of the new Teapresso milk teas, the Genmaicha Milk Tea with tapioca boba, almond milk, 25% sweetness, and less ice. For brewed teas, you should always expect a wait, but to me it is well worth it! The milk tea itself was delicious--creamy with an earthy warmth along with the touch of salty sweetness from the cheese cream. So good! “I definitely don't come to this place based on my interest; however, my family loves coming here mainly because of the stinkin' BTS cup sleeve events, so I accompany them once in a while. I will say that my daughter and I have ordered boba drinks at this place and it was amazing. I think my daughter loves it more than I but I did enjoy the boba and lychee jelly in my tea. I can't remember what exactly I ordered since it was months ago, but I remembered it was great.I have never tried any of the food items at this place so my rating/review does not reflect that. “My family and I tried Boba Master for the first time on 27 Sep 2021. Although I've only visited this business a total of three times, including recently on 23 Mar 2024, I know my daughter has frequented this business more often than I have because she loves this place. There are many reasons why I feel this boba shop is one of the best ones in this city...but before I get into that, here's what we ordered during our recent visit. We ordered the Hokkaido Milk Tea with Boba, Okinawa Tea with Boba and Lychee Jelly, Cafe Latté, Matcha Donut (flavor of the week), Basil Tomato Mozzarella Croffle Sandwich, Prosciutto Fig Butter Croffle Sandwich, Smoke Salmon Croffle Sandwich, and Honey Vanilla Croffle.First and foremost, those Croffles...and the Croffle Sandwiches...just amazing! I think out of all the Croffle Sandwiches, my favorite is the Smoke Salmon one - I love how balanced the flavors are in that sandwich. I'm not saying that the other sandwiches are horrible either, because all of them are outstanding. Additionally, our drinks were phenomenal; everything was prepared with high quality ingredients and I especially enjoy the milk tea cups they use at this place. I know, I know...I shouldn't rate a place by its cup style, but to me it shows how much effort and detail they place into their operations, which is pivotal in my opinion. Also, of noteworthy mention, I've tried the Ham and Cheese Croffle Sandwich, Nutella Croffle, and Strawberry Croffle during previous visits and even those items were excellent.Next, the employees at this place are always friendly. During the Mar 2024 visit (approximately 1:30 pm), our cashier, Tiera (assuming that's her name based on what is stamped on my receipt), was very nice and extremely patient considering how slow I was taking to order my items. She operated so efficiently and explained things in great detail. I don't know how long she's worked there but her customer service skills were extraordinary! There were 3 different syrups that they added to the drink with one giving a slight tartness which was interesting. The boba was unfortunately not very good as it's quite hard but not sure if it's because we came at an off hour where it's been sitting for quite a while. We can taste the peach tone to the drink but it seemed quite artificial so we'll be skipping the fruit milk teas in the future. - friendly and quick service. I'm so glad we finally have a boba spot in town square after the last one closed a few years ago. I hope this one succeeds.“
“Walked in not knowing what to expect, we ordered 3 donuts (you can only order, 3, 6 or a dozen). We asked what their best seller was and it was the Ube donut. We got the Ube, the raspberry funnel cake and the original glaze. I took the first bite of the raspberry funnel cake donut and oooooooooooooh my goodness. It melts in your mouth and tastes just like a delicious, freshly made funnel cake. We ended up order three more to go. There’s plenty of seating and claw machines available to play while you enjoy your desert. They also have corn dogs but we didn’t try any of those. We definitely plan on going back for more!!“

Truthfully I wasn't expecting much as I'm unfamiliar with the area and usually grab boba in and around other areas of the city. I'm glad we stopped in because I love supporting a small business. I was also pleasantly surprised with my yuzu honey green tea and popcorn chicken. The drink was so delicious and the boba had a nice chew to it, even towards closing. The popcorn chicken was juicy and plentiful. I spent about $15 on these two. My family members got large drinks for about $8 and let me tell you, large is LARGE. What an incredibly generous size for the price of everyone else's regular. The space itself is plentiful. Really unique type of seating - the tables looked like they were made out of barrels. The service was also outstanding as we were shown kindness, patience and enthusiasm. I'd love to visit again to try more!“
