“This is the best AYCE sushi in all of North LV, no question. It might be in the top 10 for all of Las Vegas. The atmosphere is not great, but you don't come here to impress anybody. You come here to eat great sushi. Since the reopening, the kitchen has improved tremendously. The sushi is still tops. They don't take reservations, so you might have a wait. It's worth it.“
“Our family has been eating poke for over 30 years. We got the bug for it in Hawaii. Let me just say if you really like Poke, this will be your new jam. Prepare to get hooked.Everything we tried in our poke was fresh, avocado, seaweed salad, unagi, ahi, white tuna, salmon, cucumbers, masago, ginger, and surimi. The sauces were great too. This is a refreshing meal, where we could upgrade to the 3 protein bowl for $1.So if you appreciate great flavors, generous portions, and a very fair price point. You will love this place.“
“I love this restaurant and the food is great. But twice they have given me the wrong food on my to go order when I have multiple dishes. I hate to get all the way home and have to come back. But thet do compensate you with something. But i rather have it right the first time. Otherwise, it's a great place to eat. Food is always fleshly made. Taste great. Hmmmmm“
“Food is always good here. Service can be better. You can tell at times they are understaffed. Food is always good and the guys making the sushi definitely take pride in their sushi and service and often remind waiters to serve specific tables if the rolls have been up there for a minute. Overall this is a great place. I think once they are fully staffed it would be 5 stars.“
“I can't recommend this place enough. This place is the gem where I'd dine in when I visit Vegas. The fish was all fresh, and the service was superb. I enjoyed their thick and fresh sashimi flavorful chirashi and loved the taste of the rice that came with it. Buttery unni pasta was also delicious. My family enjoyed it here, and I’m glad I trusted my gut to bring them here.“
“I don’t have the sophistication to accurately describe the experience at Kabuto-edomae. My birthday dinner here was so special. I honestly rate this the top restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Every single person in this restaurant is committed to their craft; That effort and talent radiated throughout the night. The textures, pairings, flavors led me to be perfectly satisfied without any feelings of over fullness. This is a once in a lifetime experience that is perfect for a seasoned diner. Do not hesitate to try this incredible snapshot of Japanese cuisine.“
“I've been to daikon multiple times since they first opened. Recently they expanded the restaurant, and there is so much space to dine in!! Plus an outdoor seating area for cool nights. It's beautiful inside!! I love the wall waterfall. We always experience great service here now. In the past, it used to take a while for a to go order even for one roll. But now the service is really great. The employees are always so nice. We usually get lots of food so we have leftovers. My favorites are the spam masubi, teryaki chicken, and the crunchy California roll. It's so hard to find vegan sushi and Asian food, especially ramens and things like spam masubi!!! This place has the most incredible food I've had in Las Vegas. The entire place is vegan, and they use whole plant foods instead of lots of processed foods. My boyfriend and mom(non vegan and vegan) both love this place too. It can be kind of pricey, but the food and experience is so worth it. We usually go here around 5 before the dinner rush and it's one of our favorite date nights!! They have lots of parking too in a strip mall by a Whole Foods. Even if you aren't vegan, this is worth a try. It's so flavorful and delicious!!“
“We came to this place because we wanted to try something away from Fremont, where we were staying, and loved the ambiance. First off, the service was friendly and great. The food that followed was amazing. Definitely recommend ordering the chilled oysters, Baja sashimi as appetizers. We only tried the sushi, but our favorites were the roulette and dragon rolls. The spicy tuna rolls were good as well. I will definitely make this a good-to destination in my future Vegas trips.“
“When trying somewhere new, I always make sure to try multiple options to really try and get a feel for what the restaurant offers.I tried everything from the pork belly to the honey toast, and I did not have a single bad bite. The restaurant itself is small & very quaint. The lighting is a bit dimmer than I might like, it was a little difficult to read the menu, but it was cozy and comfortable overall.Everything was absolutely delicious, it came quickly, and the service was excellent. Our server, Monica, was fantastic. She was a key ingredient to us enjoying our experience. The price of the all you can eat was the $30 per person dinner pricing, and it a was worth every penny. My only critique is that I do wish it was a little brighter, but we will definitely be back!“
