Every time I go to this location something goes wrong. This time I paid for white gravy for my fries and it was forgotten along with a hot fudge sundae. I complained on the feedback website and received no response. I've been a lifelong fan of DQ. But I'm absolutely done with this location. There is also an unfortunate language barrier with the manager.
Have been to this DQ a lot, old style, the new staff was warm and so was the manager Tom. Will be coming back more frequently.Food was good but very expensive to get a blizzard now. Please lower your blizzard prices
