I’m only giving 1 star because it’s not letting me write a review without it but I wouldn’t recommend no one to come to this location , they are slow af. The service is slow the employees look slow and high , they take they sweet time like if they don’t have 10 orders on the screen, I wanted to hop over the counter and make my ice creams myself , y’all slow mfkas need to do better

It was hella late.. I was surprised they were even open. there was a line uh mile long, and the 3 employees handled everything great!!Me n my kids had shakes ( freaking awesome btw) thank you, ladies

SLOW!!! AVOID the drive-thru!!! Been here multiple times to give the benefit of the doubt. STILL SLOW.That was the 1/2 of it!!!! They got my order wrong and must have got mad b/c I wanted them to fix it. They did something to it!!! I found a glop of pineapple in it!!! What should I do? That's a felony if they spit in my food!!!! So wrong????

What on earth is going on with drive thru times around here? Came at 7:20 and left at 7:50, seriously?!This ALWAYS happens with DQ here, specifically this location and it never seems to be improving! Drive thru employee was terrible too, Kimberlyn (3/2/24). She was extremely upset about something with another employee and obnoxiously yelled “OHH MY GOSHHHH! ??” while obviously being annoyed that there were customers in the building/drive thru.Grow up! I was your age working a fast food and my demeanor stayed professional!Save your time and go to baskin robins!
Every time I go to this location something goes wrong. This time I paid for white gravy for my fries and it was forgotten along with a hot fudge sundae. I complained on the feedback website and received no response. I've been a lifelong fan of DQ. But I'm absolutely done with this location. There is also an unfortunate language barrier with the manager.
