HORRIBLE!!! Go somewhere else!They say open 24 hours, but doors were locked at 830 on a Friday night!!! Drive through backed up. Waited 15 mins without the line moving at all. Finally gave up. Poor management obviously. Go somewhere else. If you really want subway, there is a better one on aliante pkwy and on loseee. This place will not make it.Wanted to add this… why would a fast food place have the inside closed at 8pm on a friday?? Maybe if it was open, the drive through wouldn’t be so backed up?? Again, poor management and go somewhere else.

Never have soup always say it's not cold enough yet. The ONE girl In there making sandwiches obviously hates her job because service is always horrible. Can't wait for the chiplole to open across the street.

Our sandwiches we're ready for pickup at 5:25 tonight (1/9/24). Came home and opened up our sandwiches and realized after taking a bite that neither one of our sandwiches had everything that we asked for. My husband got the BLT with provolone cheese and red onion and there was no cheese or red onion. And barely any bacon. I ordered the cold cut combo and it's supposed to have ham, bologna and salami and it looks like I only got bologna. No ham and no salami. I also asked for red onions and olives and there were none. And I only got like two cucumbers and a couple of pieces of bell pepper. I also asked for the Italian bread and I got white bread. What the heck? It's not like it was busy in there how come we didn't get what we asked for and paid for? It's like the guy just made the sandwiches anyway he wanted to. Probably won't go to this store again, we'll go to another one next time. Ugh ..

My husband had an extremely unpleasant experience yesterday, November 14th, around 8 pm. It took approximately 12 minutes for the drive-thru order to even begin, despite there being no visible customers ahead. Furthermore, the employee only processed part of our order and there were 8-minute intervals of radio silence between questions regarding just one sandwich from the order. We simply wanted two 6-inch sandwiches, but ended up spending 30 minutes in the drive-thru only to leave empty-handed. I'm unsure if there was an online order or some other factor involved, but it would have been better if we were initially informed that obtaining a sandwich would take over 30 minutes. Unfortunately, we can't regain the time we lost, and for this reason, we have decided never to visit again.

*NO STAR SHOULD BE A THING* WORST Subway experience by far. Customer service and competence is key and the employee lacked both. There was a tacky sign on the door that says drive through only probably written by the employee for convenience of sitting on her ass playing on her phone. Only to go to the drive through and be told my sandwich could only be order one at a time I'm sure due to the employees mental capacity. It took 16 minutes to order to sandwich and only receive one because the employee fucked up sandwiches that she " can only make one at time ." Very sad. Will never eat at this place again.

I came through the drive way late at night at there was a lady named rine or rhinn and she was so helpful and kind and my food was delicious. Please honor her because it's people like that who truly make a difference. She is a hard worker and the #33 with some hot Cheetos is so good :)

This is by far the worst subway I've ever been too. So bad that i will no longer subway my business. I ordered online and chose curbside service. I waited 25 minutes before i had to go through the drive thru to see what the hold up was. The young man gave me my order and i should've known at that moment to check my sandwich because when i peaked in the bag he put it in, the sandwich was so sloppily wrapped i could see the bare sandwich just by looking in the bag. I ran errands then went home. He literally put a pinch of lettuce, some spinach, 2 slivers of onions when i asked for extra onions and nothing else on it that i asked for. When i went back him or the young woman did not acknowledge me until i was complaining to the person i was speaking on the phone with. She made my sandwich and just left it on the counter. Didn't say here you go, I'm sorry, nothing. I even emailed the district manager and do you think i heard back?! No! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I'm sure someone will reach out after this review but it's too late. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Most of the staff is great, but the Manager’s are some of the absolute worst people i have seen. Completely unprofessional, and it’s surprising they still have a job.
