We had our first experience with Daddy’s Tacos when their truck was parked at Lead Dog brewery. The birria quesadilla is one of the best things I’ve had in my life. First time in but not the last. Great asada taco, really enjoyed the cheese shell. The tinga was a little spicy for me but that's a personal preference. They offer 50% of alcohol on Tuesday and my Pacific was $2.90. What a deal! Will definitely be back.
