This place is amazing! My go to mexican place. The only downside is that the store itself opens/closes kind of early, but they make up for it by having their truck out! Sadly, the truck is usually out in Cold Springs by Bodertown, so it's a bit of a drive if you're more in town. But they're amazing at what they do, and they're always so fast with getting your food out!
Well since the pandemic we have stayed home more and the places we used to go are either no longer there or things have changed. We have tried several new places and it just was not giving us the feeling of good Latino food. We thought we would try the Fuego Habanero behind Chuck's in Cold Springs. We were more than pleasantly surprised. We got the three enchiladas in green sauce we tried the chicken. My son got the two fish tacos and we all loved every bite. I've never disliked anything I've gotten here. We loved it when it was a food truck and loved it even more when they got a permanent location. We wish it was open all day, but we definitely get it while we can!
