The servers are always great and friendly. I always get the muffuletta sandwich, my fav. We usually sit outside because we have a little table doggie. We also can talk to other people next to us. Love to go there!

We absolutely love coming to Grafted and had dinner at the bar two nights ago! Unfortunately, we had the worst service I've had in years today for brunch. By the time the waitress even got to us, she was very flustered. She was writing down our order and kept forgetting what we ordered even though she was writing it down. We waited quite a while and let her know that we had to leave for work. They brought us the wrong drink and the wrong food. I told her I had to leave so I would just eat what she brought, but she said no and took it away. We kept reminding her that we had to leave and if they could just put the food in a to go box. We asked to get our check as well. She said she notified the manager too. She brought us the check for the coffee so we thought they were still bringing the food to go but the food never came. We had to go inside to find the manager to see if we were getting our food and she said that the waitress said we canceled while they were plating it in to go boxes. Neither of them ever apologized or even tried to make it right and said it's "out of my control". We certainly understand things happen, but in this type of industry, Customer Service is really important and that was not apparent today By the waitress nor the manager.

I cannot imagine how the portions are so poor yet so expensive. First of all none of the drinks we ordered were even remotely properly measured- pay $15 or more and you receive either way too sour or way way to sweet - overwhelming the actual alcohol you would like to try. Then the glasses filled less than half - where are the actual drinks? All of them looked like someone's previous order. All the glasses were dirty - four on our table had lipstick on the rims. The dishes and silverware also dirty... I do mean food particles still on 2 place servings! They need to properly train their bartenders on actual taste and presentation. It was just messy, dirty and unkempt. The fact we had to send all our drinks back multiple times - due to filthy glasses or incorrect actual measurements (I know how to make these drinks - it's not rocket science) - speaks volumes. The food was decidedly poor quality - service absolutely abhorrent and rude, even though our entire table was kind and polite through the disastrous experience The ambiance - ridiculously loud - as in high risk to your hearing. We ordered flatbreads, salads, crab cakes and 3 entrees, no one like theirs - the flatbread was stale - we had actual wilted and rotted greens in our salads, the crab cakes tasted so old, none of the entrees we ordered were prepared correctly - over salted and cold. The entire experience felt like dive bar quality and caviar pricing - I don't remotely understand all the positive reviews because this place was heinous on every level. It has taken me a couple months to be willing to post this - and NO - the owners refused to take anything off our bill for all the items we sent back - kindly and politely - the owners were also crazy rude. No server training whatsoever - the servers weren't the least informed or educated - forgot 3 of the table's orders and seemed flabbergasted regarding answering basic questions. Water? My companion had to get up and get water for our table because NO server could be found for 20 MINUTES! Is there no quality control? The owners are clearly not the least concerned about service, drink or food quality - which is what people pay for. Please - there are so many amazing places in Reno to enjoy - avoid this disaster at all costs.

What.... an... EXPERIENCE!! I am typing this from my phone after just leaving one of the best meals we've had on this visit to Sparks. I don't know why I never visited this restaurant the last time we were in town but they did not disappoint! We went for happy hour and stayed for dinner and left feeling great. My husband got an old fashioned and it was phenomenal. Chef's kiss. I got a drink called Angel's Advocate which was a bourbon I've never had before. The bartender that served us really knew so much about drinks and spirits. I felt like I learned a lot by the time I left. That drink was just magical. I ended up having two and I'm not a big drinker. The whiskey and bourbon were both smooth and delicious. The drinks were perfectly made and full of different levels of flavor that our bartender walked us through. It was a blast having that experience. We got hungry so decided to stay for dinner and every single item we had was wonderful. We started with teh petite charcuterie board which was lovely and had the yummiest sourdough that they make in house. My husband got the korean style ribs as an appetizer and we shared the mac and cheese of the day. DELISH!!! We split the Roasted Bavette Steak. $71 but it was enough to feed three large men. My husband and I both ate until we could not eat anymore and had a decent portion of leftovers. I can't say enough good things about Grafted Whiskey and Wine. The staff, the food, the ambiance, the experience was just A++++. We will be returning more than once before we go back home- it was that good. If you're in the area and wanting some great food, great drinks, and a great time, come here. You won't regret it!

Grafted is a such an eye gem, in my opinion the aesthetics outside and in are well thought out and it's just beautiful. My friend and I did the Easter Wine Hop that was put on by Grafted and afterwards decided to come over for an early dinner. The restaurant was bustlin with noise and people on a snowy Saturday afternoon. The complimentary bread with the varities of olive oils and sauces were delicious. We ordered the Grafted Salad with chicken and the Pear and Blue cheese flatbread. We split everything and found it to be plentiful. I really enjoyed the combination of flavors the Pear and Blue Cheese flatbread. Everything was fresh and the flatbread so crisp and tasty. Our waitress was friendly and attentive as well. Although I did not order a cocktail this time I would love to come another time for a drink and dessert and would love to try brunch. I love that Grafted puts on the special events such as the wine walks at Rancharrah as well as the Summer movie nights.

We were invited to dinner by friends who have a membership here which provides a locker with various bourbons and liquors. The drinks were delicious, and the food was good, too. I would recommend trying an assortment of the appetizers, as you will get a good variety of flavors. One thing to note is that the establishment was not originally designed to be a restaurant. The kitchen is small, so ventilation is noticeable as you walk in.

A hip, welcoming, incredibly delicious, and upscale wine bar restaurant! A newish restaurant (2.5 years I believe), this is a great place to enjoy great food and an incredible wine & whisky list. We are not local. We were driving from CA to UT and spent the night in Reno. This establishment was well rated and to be honest was very close to our hotel, so we decided to try it out. I absolutely recommend Grafted. It was a bit loud, but let's be honest, most popular places are on a Friday night. It took a minute to get our order in, but we were worried that it would take a while for our drink and food order to arrive so we ordered all at once. Everything came in good time and tasted fresh and delicious. The cocktails were amazing..my husband said that their old fashion and whiskey sour were absolutely amazing. We throughly enjoyed the harvest salad (our 1st choice was the beet but it was sold out), porkasbord, and the bolognese. A beautiful restaurant with a delicious menu and fantastic drinks. Our waiter, Tara S was amazing, attentive, and gave great recommendations. Great place, delicious food, attentive staff!

Spur-of-the-moment, casual Sunday afternoon at Ranchharrah. The weather was beautiful so we sat outside. Both husband and I had wine flights -- very good. And we shared the samll charcuterie board. Plenty of snacks to go along with the wine -- bread, 3 choices of meats, 2 cheese, berries, nuts, pickles -- yum! Service was excellent, very friendly and no rushing us to finish. We will definitely return!

We really enjoyed the Korean ribs and the crab cakes as starters. The ribs were tender and generously coated in a very tasty sweet gochujang sauce. The crab cakes were delicious and chock full of crab and came with a basil aioli and a romesco sauces. For my entree I went with the Caesar salad topped with a side of salmon. The salmon came with the crispy cooked skin on which I absolutely love, but I wasn't a fan of the preserved lemon topping and the slivers of red onion garnishing the salad. I picked those off. For dessert, one person in our party ordered ice cream topped with whiskey. After waiting quite a while it never arrived and our waitress never reappeared either. We got the check from another waitress so we could head out. Lastly, this is the place to go if you want a special hangout and have your own whiskey locker. Of course, you must pay the annual fee for the privilege. You hold your whiskey bottles in the lockers until your next visit.

Don't start shopping for a whiskey you like and seeing how much they are making per bottle until you leave.?

My husband and I stopped in for happy hour on a spring-like day when we just wanted to sit in the sun and enjoy a drink. Rancharrah is a no-brainer for that--good vibe all around. We chose Grafted because we like their cocktails. They were understaffed--the one waiter seemed overwhelmed but was super kind. Frankly, we were okay with it since we wanted to linger. But definitely felt like they didn't anticipate having so many people at 3 pm on a Saturday. The happy hour menu is fairly limited but good classics on there--old fashioned for $10, happy hour wine for $10, etc. For Grafted prices, this a pretty good deal. The charcuterie board was full of tasty snacks. The wines and cocktails were good. Nice happy hour spot when there's sunny weather.

Really nice experience. Wandered in for Happy Hour and what a great selection of wines and whiskeys. Got a few apps that were excellent. Hats off to Ulysses and Celeste for providing great service. Will be in again when we are back in the area.
