Waffles have great texture, crispy on the outside without being hard, light and airy inside. Anal me thinks it's a little too airy for me as I'd like a bit more substance but it stands very well as it is.The chicken in the chicken and waffles was seasoned nicely as well without being dry. Fries were sufficiently good.I love that the bar patio it's on has fireplaces.Definitely will come back (additionally because the bar makes great mocktails and has karaoke!)

GROSS. The waffle was crispier than a tortilla chip. I have had tastier eggo waffles left over from my kids breakfast. The whipped cream or something tasted rancid. We drove 20 minutes in the rain to try it. To gain access we Had to walk into Z Bar and get hustled by a homeless woman who had just peed her pants. We were then told only two waffles were even available. But one of the two wouldn't have strawberries. We couldn't even finish the one bite we tried. It was a $10 BUST. Go anywhere else for dessert. Even a bowl of cereal would have been better. And I'm talking All Bran cereal.

This place is off the hook good no matter what you order. The chef makes the food and puts his heart into what he serves. One try and I was hooked, now going back every Saturday night. I highly recommend Holly Waffle.If there was a down side it would be that the stand is behind a very popular bar with the college crowd so you will have to deal with some party people while waiting for your food. They have all been good kids though, so I half enjoy watching the scene and reminiscing of my days at UNR.

This food truck is located on the patio of Z Bar. Their waffles are the fluffiest and lightest with the best flavor I've ever had. It's everything that you hope a waffle will be. I had the one with strawberries along with a peppermint schnapps hot chocolate from the ZBar while seated by a fire on the patio. Great combination!

Watched this place from across from the Huntsman, but finally the star aligned and the two met. The waffles were so deliciously crisp and just slightly sweet! So impressed with their artistry that it is quickly become one of my top "not to miss" spots i. Reno!

The staff is very nice! I got the berry waffle and Charlie's Angel and the fruit was really fresh, waffles was crunchy and delicious! I would recommend!
