Holly Waffles

Waffles have great texture, crispy on the outside without being hard, light and airy inside. Anal me thinks it's a little too airy for me as I'd like a bit more substance but it stands very well as it is.The chicken in the chicken and waffles was seasoned nicely as well without being dry. Fries were sufficiently good.I love that the bar patio it's on has fireplaces.Definitely will come back (additionally because the bar makes great mocktails and has karaoke!)

This place is off the hook good no matter what you order. The chef makes the food and puts his heart into what he serves. One try and I was hooked, now going back every Saturday night. I highly recommend Holly Waffle.If there was a down side it would be that the stand is behind a very popular bar with the college crowd so you will have to deal with some party people while waiting for your food. This food truck is located on the patio of Z Bar. Their waffles are the fluffiest and lightest with the best flavor I've ever had. It's everything that you hope a waffle will be. I had the one with strawberries along with a peppermint schnapps hot chocolate from the ZBar while seated by a fire on the patio. Great combination!
