Once you've enjoyed the food and service here and that bar gets set so high, you hope nothing changes your mind about it. Our last visit for my step-daughter's birthday was phenomenal. The service was fantastic, our waitress was attentive to our needs, the staff friendly as always. We stayed for an hour or so and the atmosphere was lively, very busy that day but, it was cool because they played some great early 200s R&B and HipHop which helped pass the time between conversation and servings. The proteins and vegetables served were fresh as always and the traditional dessert ice cream, delightful. Haven't been yet? Go! This is one of the few places I've reviewed that have yet to disappoint and I don't think that'll happen anytime soon!

155$ for a really crappy meal. 2 adult drinks and 3 AYCE yet service sucked and just a terrible experience. Meat was super fatty and we asked for veggies twice. i will never go back here. worst dining experience in years.

The food is great and so is the service. Very convenient location. However the last time I went there I was by myself and told they only have the all you can Yakiniku to parties of two or more. I had to have a Bento at the bar.

Delicious KBBQ! We came on a saturday afternoon and there was a bit of a wait, but we were seated fairly quickly and the service and staff were all wonderful and very fast! The side dishes were great, especially the kimchi and kimchi fried rice - as well as the stew. The meats were also so delicious, and they provide vegetables and lettuce wraps so placing the cooked meat in a lettuce wrap is another delicious way to enjoy it. The staff regularly comes and switches the grill which is very convenient and prevents any of those burnt charred areas from sticking to the meat. Overall it was a great experience and is wonderful for large groups or families. I will definitely be coming back!

We came here on a Saturday for my MIL's birthday. It was my first time here and first time having Korean BBQ. We're a big family but fit comfortably at two tables. We brought a long my baby and were pretty shocked they have no children's seats, just booster seats. Not a big deal, but the wait staff I asked was flippant and a bit rude. I get it though, big party and a busy Saturday. Unfortunately that wasn't the only instance of the wait staff being less than friendly. Whenever food was brought to us it was just haphazardly set down and they almost spilled other dishes twice because they were too impatient to wait for us to move another dish out of the way. Aside from one waitress, every other person we interacted with was visibly irritated, rude, and unpleasant. Hands down the worst experience (wait staff wise) I've ever had. Giving three stars because the food was decent, albeit pretty plain including the marinated pork and shrimp.Overall not a great experience and it seems there are better Korean BBQ spots in Reno.

As a UNR student from Las Vegas, I would say that this price point in terms of the quality is expensive. I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant. The meat was subpar, nothing that was outstanding. I recommend adding sides with the meat especially the lettuce, kimchi, and scallion salad. The spicy cucumbers were delicious. The service was really sweet and accommodating. If you are craving some kbbq, check this place out.

I have nothing negative to say about Ijji 4! The service is always on point, we love AYCE, I get kimchi rice it's so good with the meats and dessert is great too. I love that the staff is attentive and friendly as always and it's just one of the best places in town honestly!

We popped in based off recommendation and left very happy. Ijji 4 is where it's at! At first glance, you would not think the experience would be worthwhile but I could not sing more praise. Ijji has a clean and modern taste. For our party 8, there was great seating. Their customer service was second to none as they always ensured we had what we needed. So much flavor from their spicy chicken bulgogi, pork, spring rolls, etc. Not one person left hungry. We ordered saki and even ice cream! No complaints at all.

WAY too expensive for a mom and two sons. The atmosphere, staff, and food DOES NOT justify a $160.00 bill with tip.Music blaring with a "shovel it in quick and go" vibe. Server was not attentive. Bus person was however very attentive.They of course forgot to celebrate my son's birthday as promised on arrival.Bottom line, this place is too expensive to even remotely enjoy.

Boy was I shocked to discovered not just a two person minimum for all you can eat but they also consider an 85lb 11 year old an adult. Yes I could have lied but I should not need to. If the price was reasonable fine but at $40 ($39.95) a head this is just ludicrous. My wife and daughter wanted al-la-cart so with the two person minimum that left me and my son to AYCE. I will admit the servers were kind and attentive during the meal and the food tasted good as always. Although they were very dismissive if not visibly annoyed regarding the new prices resulting in a I just work here line. I was obviously annoyed with my bill which was well over $100 even though we only had water for the table and white rice for my daughter. I probably would have just left annoyed but we soon made a nauseating discovery. As I left the restroom after washing up my wife let out a shriek and pointed at the ground where I had to dodge the roach which was walking around like it owned the place. I snapped my picture and stormed to the front and demanded the manager. I was now nauseous and visibly upset. After showing her the picture and telling her she needs to hire an exterminator, she didn't apologize or even seem surprised but instead demanded to know where and when I saw it and grabbed someone and went back to look. She came back a few minutes later with a smile said don't worry I got it and then proceeded to show guests to their seats ignoring me. After storming out I decided to tell my story since I have a feeling it is the only way something will happen. Suffice it to say I am not going back to any Ijji establishment any time soon especially if this is how managers are trained.Kid-friendliness: The AYCE child prices are obscene. 11 year old dinner is $39.95 and $26.95 for a 6 year old. Al-la-cart is the only real reasonable option. Since they have a no sharing policy you can't even give them a taste if you don't do AYCE, try explaining that to a 6 year old.

First time going here. Not many AYCE KBBQ places in Reno. Went here for lunch on Easter and got quite busy. Only disappointment was that I truly wish steamed eggs were in the menu. I'd even pay extra.Husband was a little upset he ordered extra rice 2 more times and it was never brought. Everything else was good service was too notch.Vegetarian options: Kimchi, lettuce, seaweed, cucumber , mushrooms, rice, garlic bread, vegetable spring rolls
Food portion is tiny. And they try to hide so you can’t find them easily to order next round.What’s pissing us is they would not let us sit inside. There are plenty of tables inside thatwe could use, but they forced us to sit outside where it’s really cold. They saw us hesitant and several of them came to us at the same time to corner me and try to strong arm us. Really worst experience ever.But I do need to mention it had nothing to do with our waiter. He’s been nice and considerate to us.
