I was ready for lunch and Silver Chopsticks was in the strip center with UPS. They offer many entrees but I chose the lunch menu. Smaller portions of house specialities with the bonus of hot and sour or egg drop soup and plain or BBQ pork fried rice. Mongolian beef with BBQ fried rice after the egg drop soup was a nice lunch. I knew this place was legit when I saw they had preservative free Tobasco sriracha.. which is awesome. Ever since the other sriracha brand got bought out, it has the California label for cancer causing chemicals in it. Love the gmo free sriracha option. I haven't had it in so long because restaurants only offer the go to option. I've tried 10+ things on the menu, and have yet to try anything I don't like. Orange chicken and Kung Pao chicken are fantastic. I've tried 6-7 beef dishes, and each are great, especially the Szechuan and Sesame. Best potstickers I've ever had, plus amazing potsticker sauce. My partner loves the eggrolls, crab puffs, and the Vietnamese menu. 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10, my personal favorite restaurant in all of Reno.
