I ordered from doordash having never been in your restaurant. I received my order (Dakine Saimin) and NOWHERE in your description on doordash does it say anything about Shrimp. I wouldn’t care if I wasn’t already eating it when my throat started getting tight. I’m allergic to shellfish. You need to make sure your descriptions are accurate. Luckily I had an epi pen. Mistakes like that could be fatal.
i am from Hawaii, thought i found a good place for local style grindz but these guys are rude and lie when making a mistake, instead of wanting to make it right. I will not be back.
ordered delivery, food was cold. chicken katsu without the katsu sauce. employee tried to blame the driver for the sauce not being in the bag, when the bag was stapled closed as if it was complete. Told us we could come get the katsu sauce, which would of made our food even colder. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. would not refund anything.
